The Toropovs live in Chelyabinsk at the intersection of the Komsomol and Sverdlovsk Prospekt - near the industrial zone: zinc factory, Chemk, ChMZ, as well as large transport hubs. However, another young mother, Tatyana Ogurtsova, despite the fact that she lives in the city center, complains:

- Before walking with my two -month -old child, I go out onto the balcony, smell the air. After all, even in Gagarin Park, in the forest, a terrible stink. The hydrogen sulfide with the admixture of Gary, I do not know exactly what it is! My friend’s daughter has constant laryngitis on the basis of these emissions. I can say to myself: as soon as I moved to Chelyabinsk, a bunch of allergies appeared. The husband has the same thing recently.

Chelyabinsk for a month has been tightened with a fetid smok with a chemical smell - it is either scattering or hanging over the city again. And if all winter the townspeople relatively patiently demolished these "gas attacks", then with the advent of spring they began to resent. The regional Ministry of Ecology and the Regional Ministry of Emergencies are littered with complaints, the thematic group in contact in just a couple of days increased from 190 people to 2.5 thousand, Chelyabinsk residents collect signatures under the appeal to Putin.

"According to open data, which are confirmed by the studies of the Gorcocenter, harmful impurities were found in the air, including formaldehyde and hydrogen sulfide ..." - this is how the contacting of the Kremlin begins, which more than 8,000 people signed on one day on the Internet.

“Of course, the situation is worsening, and quite quickly,” says Chelyabinets Pavel Turchin, “maybe they save on air purification due to the crisis?” I have the pipe of Chemk from the window, and as soon as it gets dark, we immediately close the windows, because the emissions are sharply increased, the stink begins, although there are almost no cars outside. Once I myself saw how powerful pillars of smoke began to break out of the sunset from the power supply of the plant - many times more than during the day. Apparently, they hurried a little, did not wait for complete darkness.
