But the main rumor was released on Monday, and he was not at all accidental: the arrested were simultaneously organizers, customers and performers of the most loud political murder in the history of modern Russia. The motive is a personal hostility caused by the offended feelings of believers, such an echo "Charlie Ebdo." And this is already someone's position in which, perhaps, an attempt by the Kremlin and personally President Putin is based on the current extremely difficult situation. The trouble is in one thing: this is not true.

And what corresponds? We will not take into account the comments of the amateur forensic personnel and versions, a variety of “leaks from the investigation”, since this is a political white noise, and all links to the investigation are bluff. The investigation does not comment on anyone, and this can be understood, if only because the speaker of the UK Vladimir Markin, who practically urged not to believe in any of what they write.

The logic of events suggests: in the Kremlin they experienced a shock from what happened and wanted to be told the truth at first - what it was. Therefore, the choice fell on the investigator in particularly important cases of Krasnov, who is not played in politics and whose style is never to communicate with the press. It is forbidden to do this to members of the investigative group - even after the disclosure of the crime and the sentenced. “New Gazeta” knows this, since it was General Krasnov who revealed the murder of Stanislav Markelov and Anastasia Baburova, and then the “Borna case”.

Performers

They found the suspects rapidly. Perhaps, in the Russian history of the investigations of custom -made murders, there was no such quick implementation. This has several reasons. Firstly, the FSB agents worked. There are others.

The cameras on the bridge and the Kremlin, of course, worked. And the fact that the video from these cameras did not get on the Internet testified to the seriousness of the intentions of the investigation, unlike numerous leaks on other criminal cases, when the criminals almost in real time informed whether they should do their feet or nothing on them. (TVC posted a video from its camera on the network, obviously on its own initiative - before this material was seized.)

Another thing is that the video from those cameras that belong to the FSO could not be immediately given to the investigation. So we have a procedure: first, a request is written to the “alien” department, which is considered, then they adopt a decision on the declassification of materials and only after all this is given to the investigation.

It took some time to watch the video of the “stream” system that fixes traffic on the main Moscow highways. Next, time was spent to declassify the names of the “outdoor” employees who “led” Boris Nemtsov on the eve of the action on March 1. Apparently, this was just those unknown law enforcement officers who were at the scene and helped the investigation as a result. They did not help right away, they did not have the right without the sanction of the leadership - they were classified, and therefore they should not be surprised if their testimonies also have a “secret” vulture, and during their interrogation, journalists and spectators will be asked to leave. "Toptuns" live according to instructions that cannot break. For example, they do not have the right to intervene in any events taking place before their eyes. It sounds wildly, but all reproaches are not to them, but to the authors of departmental orders.

In addition, the foot of the “toptones” (the pedestrian does not “lead” by car) and could not rush in pursuit: based on external observation tactics, the “outfits” cars should have been placed along the alleged routes of the “object” and arrived rapidly to the scene of the incident simply would not have time.

The performers themselves did not lurk particularly, leaving their faces and other evidence in the car in a car, which they did not even bother to burn. They were simply confident in their impunity and killed 100 meters from the Kremlin not at all to give special sacredness for reprisal, but simply because it was more convenient - a “good” place with a ladder, various ways of departure ... It is unlikely that they knew about the upcoming march, and therefore that Boris Nemtsov was under control. Everyone says that the killers were not professional killers and made all the mistakes from the possible ones because they were used to the power actions of a different kind.

Battalion "North"

A separate special motorized name of the Hero of Russia Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov’s battalion “North” is part of the 46th separate brigade of the operational purpose of the internal troops of Russia, the number-about 600 fighters, is deployed in Grozny. He is commanded by the Hero of Russia, Colonel Alibek Delimkhanov, a relative of the Hero of Russia and the State Duma deputy. Based on all of the above, one can guess that this unit stands apart even in the hierarchy of Chechen power structures.

The fighters of the "North" were repeatedly awarded state orders and medals. Dadaev with Shavanov (Dadaeva, according to the official website of the Chechen government, the Order of Courage, was also awarded to the then Minister of Internal Affairs of Russia, Rashid Nurgaliev). And the 46th brigade as a whole was not deprived of attention: it was repeatedly visited by high ranks and “chefs”-members of the organization of local wars and special services “Battle Brotherhood”, headed by Senator Dmitry Sablin, one of the organizers of “Antimaydan”.

The fighters of the North battalion (maybe ex-beads or vacationers-it is not known for certain) in order to the company fighting now-on the side of the "DPR". So, more recently, near Debaltseve, a fighter of the battalion with the call sign “baby” (we know only his name - Rustam, in the photo - along with the “DPR” figure Denis Pushilin).

If you analyze the criminal cases in which the so -called Chechen trace was discovered, one almost indispensable condition will be caught in the eye: the arrested, even becoming the accused, and then the defendants, never gave any testimony except "born, married." If the case concerned the “security forces”, then they, firstly, believed that they were fulfilled the order. They were silent because relatives were very often involved in the case of the murder of Anna Politkovskaya, and now Boris Nemtsov), who are not good to lay. And also because customers, as a rule, were also relatives or respected senior comrades, who also cannot be handed over. And you can’t admit to the time yourself, you can’t do it - you will substitute the rest. That's why they were silent.

Zaur Dadaev spoke immediately, moreover, defiantly refused a lawyer. The only reason is the task, since I got caught: the only chance (except for political intrigues) - to distract the investigation from real organizers in the hope that after the sentence our humane system of execution of the sentence will send a term of the small homeland, where a lot of surprising can happen. And all this is the secret of the postgraduate.

Back in the middle of last week, the President of Russia was reported about everything that by that time it became known to law enforcement agencies.

Namely. That there really is a “shot list”, which, in addition to Boris Nemtsov, Alexei Venediktov, Mikhail Khodorkovsky and probably Ksenia Sobchak, are included in addition to Boris Nemtsov. That, most likely, not one group works for each of the defendants in this list, but, as is customary for killers from Chechnya, at least two are the so -called tender .

The names of some performers and the surname of the organizer of the murder were named, and this is not Dadaev at all.

The name of the probable organizer Ruslan, the title is the major. His last name is known to the president, and it was he who was interrogated in Grozny on Monday, not allowing leakage to the press, but hinting that the close relative of Ruslan is a high -ranking Chechen security official. This surname is also known to us, but we will not call it, mindful of the presumption of innocence. And in general - this surname is already known to dozens, if not hundreds, employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the FSB and SK.

Ruslan also once served in the North battalion and was also awarded repeatedly. Then he moved to Moscow, where two of his uncles work. One of which was detained in the fall of 2006 by employees of the Krasnoselsky ATS, along with a group of comrades and a “killer set” in the trunk - a “screw cutter” was discovered there, capable of flashing an armored car. The rescue of the crusts that came across, but without travel certificates of employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Chechnya, then Colonel of the FSB Bazhanov arrived. However, the duty officer rested and almost detained the "rescuer" himself. True, then all the same, everyone was released.

This incident became known thanks to the former mayor of Grozny Beslan Gantamirov, who came to the New Gazeta with a message that it was precisely these citizens that were sent to Moscow with the aim of killing it. It is worth recalling that Anna Politkovskaya was already shot before the visit of Gantamirov in Moscow, and after that - the FSB lieutenant colonel Movladi Baysarov.

Then the same uncle Ruslan was interrogated in the case of the disappearance of criminal authority in January 2008 and a close acquaintance of the former deputy director of the FSB Ruslan Atlangeriev, who was taken from Moscow to Chechnya in the trunk of the car (as far as the “new”, from the sanction of one of the former generals of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, who oversaw the “Caucasian direction”). This uncle was also interrogated in 2009 - in the case of the murder of deputy Ruslan Yamadayev. Now this person is in politics.

In politics and another uncle Ruslan. According to the Siren system (the sale of air tickets), Ruslan often accompanied his second senior relative as a guard, or an assistant. The surnames of the two uncles are also known to the president, as well as the fact that they are very close to Ramzan Kadyrov.

Ruslan also has a third uncle-he holds a high post in the Silkovsky District Department of Internal Affairs of Chechnya, where he once served on suspicion of the murder of Boris Nemtsov Eskerkhanov.

Versions and motives

If you discard all the heresy, they killed by order of the president, by decree of Khodorkovsky, the special operation of the SBU - there are still many versions. And all of them had to be worked out: household, personal, economic, and possible involvement in Mrs. Duritskaya, and even participation in the murder of Martians, if their existence had been scientifically proven. The investigators are taught this in the first year: to check everything possible and evidence cut off the excess. Therefore, a hysteria about the interrogations of certain girls who once knew Boris Nemtsov, nothing but irritation causes. They had to interrogate them.

Another version, which was worked out in the first place, is the “Yaroslavl trace”. As you know, as a deputy of the Yaroslavl Regional Duma, Boris Nemtsov thoroughly stirred the local corruption nest, having achieved even loud resignations in the leadership. Searches in Yaroslavl were held on Sunday on March 1, and on Monday, members of the regional leadership led by the governor were questioned.

The operatives also had two more versions: the murder for some reasons was committed by residents of Chechnya and the murder was committed by people who were involved in the conflict in the east of Ukraine and around it.

After the first arrests, a lot cleared up, although how different varieties of “patriots” can actually be associated, it is worth understanding.

Could the one who are now trying to present the media with reference to sources in law enforcement agencies, namely: resentment for saying in the case of the execution of employees of the magazine Charlie Ebdo? Why not - quite, even if you proceed from the names of people listed in the “shot list”. What does Nemtsov have to do with it? Despite the fact that, for example, in the Anatomy of Protest-3, which was not aired by NTV, Nemtsov was the main character and was called the closest ally of Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who, as you know, was so harsh in Charlie Ebdo, which caused the public discontent of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov, who called him almost a personal enemy and a personal enemy and a personal enemy and The hammer of Islam.

Yes, this motive should not be discounted, but only as part of a complex game, the victim of which Boris Nemtsov became - the motive, rather, more to stimulates the performers themselves, or - a formal reason for the reprisal.

Everything else is a distinct signal to the Kremlin: “Patriots of Russia” are tired of waiting; enemies must be destroyed; Enough to hesitate; If you do not, there will be who to do this, but only then you will depend on us and will have to reckon only with us; We are the power that will protect your weakness, and this work is to protect the Motherland from enemies that your special services cannot cope with, must be rewarded by right.

Political impasse and a war of statements

But there is another force - the one that was repeatedly humiliated for the sake of "political stability" in the Caucasus - law enforcement agencies and special services. For a long time they were put in an uncomfortable pose of people with a sieve who went through the water. They disclose the murder - the killers are released, they disclose the murder - they are not allowed to the suspects laughing in their face. And if in 2006-2009, when the issue of the political stability of Chechnya was resolved, and a sufficient number of “faithful sons of Islam” who wanted to separate from Russia and arrange a caliphate had to put up with de facto legitimized violence, then after the special services began to work ahead of scope. What the first signal was the prevented attempt on ISU Yamadayev, and the last to be a prevented attempt on the head of Khasavyurt Umakhanov (again, we refer to the text “Tender”), although they again did not allow customers known to the investigation.

And now, apparently, neither in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, nor in the FSB, nor in the UK are in the position of used and put in a corner anymore. It is enough to recall the scandal with the arrest and subsequent release of employees of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs, seconded to Moscow to protect the first persons of the republic. Then those who abducted and tortured a person, only by a miracle as a result of the surviving, could not be held accountable, despite personal control over the investigation of the head of the UK, Alexander Bastrykin and the FSB leadership. Recall: after this outrageous event, several high -ranking officers of the central apparatus of the FSB refused to go to the service and were ready to submit reports about retired.

It so happened that the two supports of the Kremlin made his foreheads and are now rapidly moving in different directions, forcing the Russian leadership to decide: whom to be considered a true patriot, and who is not, and who, as a result, to make a bet in the context of a difficult political situation, de facto war, economic crisis and an indiscriminate fright before the “orange threat” invented by the Piarie.

In this context, not numerous comments are important, but several facts and four statements.

The facts are as follows : the crime is generally disclosed; The first person of the state was informed in detail about the director of the FSB Bortnikov; In the territory of Chechnya, active operational investigative actions are being taken, which was difficult to think about before; In the media, the version of the absence of the customer is thrown in order to obviously measure the average temperature in the hospital.

The statements are as follows:

The first is Vladimir Putin made at the board of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: “The most serious attention should be paid to resonant crimes, including with a political background. Finally, it is necessary to save Russia of shame and tragedies like the one that we recently survived and saw, I mean the daring murder of Boris Nemtsov right in the center of the capital. ” It happened on March 4, when the president could already know everything.

The second is Ramzan Kadyrov, made immediately after the murder and before the arrests. “Only the forces interested in the injection of tension could take such an insidious step. The organizers of the murder hoped that in the death of Nemtsov the whole world would accuse the leadership of the country <...>. There is no doubt that the murder of Nemtsov organized the Western special services <...>. First of all, Boris Nemtsov is a citizen of Russia, and an encroachment on the life of a Russian citizen should be strictly punishable <...> ”.

The third is Ramzan Kadyrov, made after the arrests. “I knew Zaura ( Dadaeva. - Ed.) As a real patriot of Russia. <...> I am firmly convinced that he was sincerely devoted to Russia, was ready to give life for his homeland. <...> Everyone who knows Zaura claims that he is a deeply believer, and also that he, like all Muslims, was shocked by the actions of Charlie and comments in support of printing cartoons. <...> In any case, if the court confirms Dadaev’s guilt, then, having killed a person, he committed a serious crime. But I want to note again that he could not take a step against Russia, for the sake of which he risked his own life for many years. ” The deceased during the detention of Beslan Shavanov is also called a "brave warrior."

The fourth is the statement of one of the closest persons from the encirclement of Vladimir Putin, the head of Russian Railways, Vladimir Yakunin, published after the second statement of the head of Chechnya: “This murder was indicative. It is no accident that it was committed in the center of the capital, in front of everyone. It was a carefully planned action aimed at undermining the reputation of the Russian leadership. ”

Vladimir Yakunin, like other members of the “close circle” of the president, is a native of the special services and a serious person, he just never says anything and does not hint at anything.
