Evgeny Gavrilov, commander of the 2nd police officer, and Victor Kolmakov, senior sergeant of the same regiment, was pretty injured in Bolotnaya Square on May 6, 2012. Both for seven seconds of one left were beaten by 21-year-old Ivan Nepomnyaty , who has now become another accused in the swamp case. The accusation of all the "swamps" is monotonous: participation in the riots (Article 212, up to 8 years) and violence against police (Article 318, up to 5 years). The fact that they were beaten was remembered 2.5 years after the events. And immediately after these suddenly surging memories, they turned from witnesses to the victims.

Probably, they themselves would not have remembered, but the investigator Gorelov D.A. He had reasons to recall: the next criminal with Bolotnaya has already been found, the victim was determined by the video - a police colmakov. And the "victim" during interrogation suddenly declares that he was not injured in Bolotnaya!

The investigator had to immediately show this video not remembering Ivan Nepomnya to the policeman (there are such strange coincidences!). Looking, Kolmakov immediately remembered everything. And he told how Ivan “prevented the detention of aggressive citizens”, how he himself “showed aggression against employees” and how he beat him, Kolmakov, and at the same time his commander Gavrilov. At first he beat his hands, and then an umbrella. It is written in the protocol: "With a detailed viewing of the video, I see how a young man beats Gavrilov’s hand ..." , etc. The investigator Gorelov called this creation "testimonies." Why not? In the history of swamp business, the police have repeatedly “testified” not by their own memory, but retelling (and distorting) videos. But before they tried to hide it at least somehow. And here it is directly written: "After watching the video, I can show ..."

Surprisingly, the same “testimony”, word for word, gave another policeman - Gavrilov. Both came to their retelling creatively: they saw how the young man provokes the employees with the words : "I can’t remember what he says, perhaps, dissatisfied with our actions. But the essence of his phrases is unambiguously provocative, since immediately after that we can see how we delay him."

I also have the mentioned videos. There are two of them. Even if we assume that in the video it was Ivan (and the examination could not identify it), let's try to consider its actions. It all starts with the fact that a group of police officers for unknown reasons crashes into people standing near the parapet of the embankment. Then they rush to another, already convicted "swamp" Denis Lutskevich. During the first process, we wondered for a long time - why? Indeed, at that moment he simply helps to rise from the ground of a fallen girl. Apparently, Lutskievich is too high as high growth and naked torso (police officers tore off him even earlier). Denis is trying to run away, he is lying to the ground and begin to beat (his back, taken away by the photographer, later became one of the symbols of Bolotnaya). The matter takes place in a thick crowd, a crush arises, people and police are falling, clubs fly in the air, screams and women's screech are heard.

The guy, whom the investigation considers Ivan, is trying to come closer to this place. Why - we will not recognize, since riot police do not let him in. One of the police officers bravely fences with a club in the air, causing an ironic exclamation from the crowd: "Well, you are d'Artagnan!" . Probably, this cry was considered offensive law enforcement officers. Nothing more offensive on the record is heard. The policeman is trying to hit Ivan, he is covered with his left hand. Then, between Ivan and the riot police, the police wedge in a gray uniform from the 2nd OPP. Two of them turn to Ivan who appeared nearby and begin to grab his hand. Left, because the right with a clamped umbrella he constantly takes back. He removes his hand several times in a row. Then the couple in gray body armor and helmets (this is the "victims") begins to set at him, crowding back. Ivan retreats until he stumbled his back on standing people. At the same time, he constantly takes his hands up or spreads to the side. They continue to lean on him, he instinctively puts his arms forward, resting on the seating. After a second, a certain riot police takes him in the back by his neck and by the four of the guy was dragged to the car carrier. All.

No "aggressively tuned citizens" are visible on the frames (but aggressive police officers can be seen). Yes, and Ivan could not prevent the detentions, since he was away from the epicenter of events. More about any actions of the non -reflectors in Bolotnaya is not mentioned in the case. The maximum that you can try to present to him (provided that on the video - he) is the notorious article 19.3 "Disobedience to the legal requirements of the police." But not from the criminal, but the administrative code. And then if we assume that these requirements “victims” managed to present him. Judging by the record is different. In addition, after the events of May 6, the court took place just on administrative charges. Apparently, the materials presented by the police so smelled of linden that the judge refused to even consider this case. But now he was turned into criminal!

Redding the video from the case of Ivan Nepomnya:

In the case there is a third witness - Alexei Klimov. The police inspector, dressed in civilian clothes and led the video operator. According to him, they "removed offenses in the crowd." Klimov also bore the most important detailed information about how and how many times Ivan beat police officers than and in what sequence. True, it was not possible to shoot this "fixation group": it was at that moment that the operator subordinate to Klimov was led somewhere. But we are already used to such miracles in swamp business. Nikolai Caucasus also had a witness - a police operator. So he argued that he saw an offense with his eyes, but his camera did not see and therefore did not take off.

To complete the picture, I will describe the worst of Ivan’s deeds, invented by the police: he hit one of them with an umbrella. Kolmakov describes this dramatic moment in this way: "I was in the" sphere "helmet, so I did not experience physical pain, but I heard the sound of a blow. The helmet was not injured." After 2.5 years, on the basis of this story, he is declared the victim. In the protocol, after a lengthy description of the “Massion Riots” about the victim itself, there is only one phrase: “Based on the foregoing and given that as a result of unlawful actions of these persons (what persons and what does Ivan have? - D.B.) Kolmakov V.V. was caused by physical and moral harm ... to recognize him as the victims.”
