The Gazprom dividends due to the state for 2014 may fall to 5.15 rubles per ordinary share after 7.2 rubles per share in 2013. About this, as the newspaper "Vedomosti" writes, the explanatory note of the Ministry of Finance said to the adjusted budget for 2015.

In 2014, total dividends of the company can amount to 122 billion rubles, which is 28.4% less than in 2013. State "Rosneftegaz" (10.97% of Gazprom shares) and Rosgazification (0.89%) will receive 13.4 billion and 1.1 billion rubles, respectively.

The adjustment was required in connection with the financial results of the company's activities in 2014, the document says.

Gazprom in the form of dividends pays 25% of net profit in RAS. But the company has not yet published data on Russian standards for Russian standards for the last year.

The dividends of the company, according to its own data, grew annually, with the exception of 2008 and 2012, starting from the moment of the first payment of income to the action in 1994. In particular, dividends for 2013 amounted to 7.20 rubles, in 2012 - 5.99 rubles, in 2011 - 8.97 rubles, in 2010 - 3.85 rubles, in 2009 - 2.39 rubles, in 2008 - 0.36 rubles, in 2007 - 2.66 rubles.

In 2014, Gazprom reduced production by 9% to 444 billion cubic meters. m from 487.4 billion cubic meters. m for 2013.

The state belongs to the general 50.23% of Gazprom’s shares, including Rosneftegaz and Rosazzification state -owned companies - 10.97% and 0.89% of the shares, the company accounts for 25.78%, the rest of the legal and individuals - 23.99%.
