О Дурицкой: все те три дня, что она жила в Москве после убийства, она находилась на квартире пресс-секретаря политика Ольги Шориной и вместе с ней ездила на допросы. У Шориной показания Дурицкой сомнения не вызывают. А та рассказывает, что они шли по мосту и вдруг позади них раздался хлопок: Дурицкая решила, что кто-то разбросал по тротуару петарды — она даже наклонилась, чтобы рассмотреть их, потом за спиной раздалось еще несколько хлопков, Немцов захрипел и начал оседать.
Опровергает конспирологическую версию и Илья Яшин, который одним из первых, буквально через 20 минут после убийства и через 10 минут после приезда полиции приехал на место убийства: «Он лежал лицом вниз, на животе. В человеке 4-5 литров крови, и если он умирает медленно, а сердце продолжает биться — качать кровь, то кровь через отверстие под напором попадает наружу. Так может вытечь около двух литров. Если человек умер быстро, кровь остается в сосудах, под собственной тяжестью она может заполнять, например, внутренние полости тела — брюшную, внутриплевральную полость». Насколько известно из сообщений СМИ, первая пуля попала Борису Немцову в шею и прошла по касательной в голову, вторая — в легкое, сломав при этом два ребра, третья — в сердце, четвертая задела печень и желудок. Фамилию «Руслана» газета не назвала. На официальном сайте Чеченской Республики упоминается Руслан Геремеев, который в 2010 году в звании старшего лейтенанта полка «Север» вместе с Зауром Дадаевым был награжден орденом Мужества. Дядя Руслана Геремеева — Сулейман Геремеев — член Совета Федерации от Чеченской Республики. Советник Рамзана Кадырова, его ближайший друг и сподвижник, депутат Госдумы Адам Делимханов также приходится Руслану Геремееву родней — по разным источникам, либо дядей, либо двоюродным братом.
Однако, представить себе, что некий старший лейтенант — конечная фигура в этой истории, — трудно. Но вот позволят ли следствию пойти дальше — большой вопрос. Следственную группу возглавляет следователь по особо важным делам, раскрывший дело Боевой организации русских националистов (БОРН), генерал Игорь Краснов. В материалах дела БОРН есть показания осужденного за убийство Никиты Тихонова, в которых он подробно рассказывает, что организацию курировали непосредственно в администрации президента. Однако никаких юридических последствий не было — как будто
показаний стрелка БОРНа и не было вовсе. Расцвет БОРНа, убийство адвоката Маркелова и журналистки Бабуровой, судьи Чувашова и еще семи человек пришлись на то время, когда управление внутренней политики АП курировал Владислав Сурков, ныне занимающийся Украиной, непризнанными ДНР и ЛНР — в том числе.
Как рассказывал одному из авторов сам Борис Немцов, в свое время в СИЗО на 15 суток его после акции «31 декабря» замели чуть ли не по личному указанию все того же Суркова. И снова странное совпадение: в Instagram Рамзана Кадырова было немало фотографий вместе с Сурковым, когда тот приезжал на отдых в Чечню. А некоторые бывшие бойцы полка «Север» воевали (и есть погибшие) на Донбассе. Повторим: все это может быть не более, чем совпадением. Но все это и не позволяет делать вид, что убийцы Бориса Немцова пришли по собственной воле откуда-то с Кавказских гор и там же в тумане где-то растворились и заказчики.
Немцов для многих из нас был другом. Не позволить властям спрятать от правосудия заказчиков, организаторов и исполнителей его убийства — для нас вопрос чести. Да и выживания — тоже.
Фигуранты дела об убийстве Бориса Немцова Хамзат Бахаев (1969 г. р.) — его адвокат Софья Рубасская отказалась сообщить NT его род занятий. Бахаев на момент задержания не работал по состоянию здоровья.
Анзор Губашев (1981 г. р.) — сотрудник ЧОП в Москве.
Шагид Губашев (1983 г. р.) — брат Анзора Губашева. Работал в Подмосковье водителем КамАЗа.
Заур Дадаев (1986 г. р.) — на момент убийства действующий заместитель командира полка «Север» в составе 46-й бригады внутренних войск МВД. По официальной версии, уволился из внутренних войск 28 февраля. Награжден орденом Мужества и медалью «За отвагу». 8 марта Кадыров назвал Дадаева «настоящим патриотом России».
Беслан Шаванов (1985 г. р.) — погиб при задержании в Грозном 7 марта, служил в полку «Север», уволился по состоянию здоровья. Кадыров 8 марта назвал Шаванова «храбрым воином».
Тамерлан Эскерханов (1980 г. р.) — упоминается в «Новой газете» как бывший сотрудник МВД Чечни. Защита Эскерханова настаивала, что его нельзя содержать под стражей: у арестованного нет одной почки, и он страдает пиелонефритом.
