The Moscow Court did not consider the change in Navalny of a conditional term for the real

In the coming days, the opposition to Alexei Navalny will hardly change the conditional term for the real one: the documents of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia with the relevant request received earlier in the Lublin court of Moscow were returned back to the department - "for proper registration." This was reported by "Mediazona" with reference to the press service of the court. After eliminating violations, the materials can again be filed in court.

Recall that the Federal Penitentiary Service previously asked the court to change the punishment of Navalny in the “case of Kirovles” - from conditional to real imprisonment. What is connected with the requirement, it was not reported, however, in February, Navalny violated the order of conditional punishment, having fallen into the special meter for the distribution of leaflets with information about the “Spring” march.

The opposition was detained on February 15, and on the 19th he was forcibly taken to the Presnensky court, where judge Irina Zubova found him guilty under Part 8 of Art. 20.2 Administrative Code ("Repeated violation of the rules for organizing rallies") and sentenced to 15 days of arrest. Navalny tried to challenge this decision in the Moscow City Court, but in vain .

But the march, for informing Navalny paid, in the end did not take place, since after the murder of February 27 the politician Boris Nemtsov was decided to arrange a mourning procession on March 1.

It should be noted that both in the Yves Rocher case and the Kirovles case gave Navalny a conditional time. His brother Alexei, who was judged with him, received a real term.

It is noteworthy that earlier journalists wrote about a certain “shot list” , which includes representatives of the opposition, who, like Nemtsov, can be killed. According to The New Times , this list includes Navalny. On the day of the murder of Nemtsov, Navalny was in a special -reception.
