I think that this garbage is much more truth than it might seem at first glance. In fact, these were such thermal missiles that were shot so that they would not get a MANPARK missile. I am deeply convinced that in the conversations that Putin is incompetent, that there was some kind of coup, as a result of which completely different people seized power, much more truth than it seems at first glance. That is, the Putin we saw on March 16 is not quite the Putin that we lost on March 5, this is already updated Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, who has completely different parameters.

- Do you judge by his appearance or by what he says?

- In aggregate. Even to a greater extent, I trust in a certain creative intuition, which is characteristic of people of my profession. I see now a person who does not make decisions. If you look at Putin and wonder: before you is a person who makes decisions, or in front of you, a person who performs exclusively representative functions? I answer this question that this person does not make a decision. I carefully watched all the videos what appeared on March 16. If we talk about the physical condition, this is a separate topic: in my view, he apparently had a very difficult attack with very difficult consequences, from which his doctors were safely brought out, now he exists on the stimulants and painkillers relatively more or less normal, except for an unusual euphoric look for him, strange smiles, hoarse. It can be seen that he is not quite the same to which we are used to, although it is quite acceptable in order to put it in front of the cameras. But this is not the point. The most important thing is that this is a person who does not have the magic of power, he does not bear the charisma that he carried when he really made decisions. That is, relatively speaking, on the issues of war and peace now you need to go to some other instance, not there.

- Nevertheless, Putin appeared on the rostrum of the rally, sang along when they performed the Russian anthem, and was not at all like a dying man.

- Yes, of course, I do not argue. I consider this a great success to pharmacologists. Someone will say: due to the fact that he is very healthy. But it does not matter whether it is healthy or not healthy, I am so exclusively about the charisma of the authorities, which is very difficult to catch, its devices do not catch. For example, I really feel that this person does not make decisions at the moment.

-You said that you need to contact some other instance, but where is this instance and who in this case makes decisions?

- I think that these 10 days, that we did not see him, went exactly to this - to create a certain collective authority and to conclude a certain pact with this authority, the agreement that Putin remains, continues to fulfill some representative functions, we see it on the TV screen, but all this is within the framework of turning his course and his departure from power. This process will be stretched several in time and made as comfortable as possible for the further existence of Russia. If we unexpectedly did not find Putin or found not quite alive, it would not be very successful for Russia, accordingly, it would not be a very good option for those who have the largest assets in this country, we know the list of these people from the Forbes magazine. But such an option where Putin continues to perform certain representative functions and makes those things that are needed for those who remain after him - this format is apparently most optimal. Apparently, now we are observing it. The most striking thing in this regard is, of course, a film about Crimea, which was released just at the moment when we lost Putin, perhaps also because Putin’s reaction to an mounted film was perhaps in a sense, unpredictable. Because in principle, this film is a confession for the future Hague, in which the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, firstly, takes all responsibility for all decisions adopted in relation to Crimea, and secondly, demonizes himself to which no critic demonized him. He talks about the fact that he was ready to untie a nuclear disaster in eastern Europe. That is, he says things that he himself is very harmful, he is unlikely to do this of his own free will. He himself said this, of course, but it was apparently talking about the enormous massif of the pronounced material, which was mounted in a special way. You never know that he had mentioned somewhere at that moment, but he was mounted so that he took everything on himself.

-It somehow does not coincide in chronology, it seems to me that the film was preparing in advance, long before this strange disappearance.

- I do not think that right. Because technically there is nothing that it needs to be removed for six months. Yes, in advance, of course, but not sure that long. Perhaps his disappearance was not for natural, but for unnatural reasons. And his disappearance could be due to the fact that the film was ready to reach the screen. We can only assume. For example, I talk, now I reason exclusively as a playwright, the author of the plots who carefully looks at other plots, is trying to understand their logic.

- Not a playwright, but the simplest layman judges the intentions of the authorities on the transfer of federal channels. Just on that strange week, when Putin was gone, there were reports on Ukrainian sites that they were sharply changed in Russia, they no longer use the words “junta”, “Novorossia”, and became much softer. It seems that the Ukrainians gave the desired for the actual, because all talk shows are still devoted to Ukraine, all political programs are devoted to Ukraine, all these “junta” and “New Russia” sound, and the rigidity is absolutely the same. Is there any hint of a change of course here?

- I just wanted to pay attention to this. This is just very logical. For 10 days we did not see Putin, and Russia has become a rather decent country. This means that the carrier of all evil is Putin. Accordingly, he is responsible for everything. When Russia gets rid of this terrible tyrant, it automatically gets rid of all filth, from all the bad karma that he brought into it. Accordingly, you need to urgently take off sanctions, Russia with outstretched hugs needs to be met again by the world community. The logic is approximately like that. In fact, the new course that is inevitable for Russia, if it is not ready to just step into the abyss tomorrow, it is described in Primakov’s report to the famous one, which he made in the Mercury Club in January, and everything is very clearly spelled out, everything is completely clear. Russia temporarily reserves Crimea, completely closes the Novorossia project, defiantly, withdrawing troops from there and completely refusing the support of the rebels, militias located there, I do not know what to call them. For this, Russia immediately requires recognizing itself as a great good country with which sanctions should be removed and which must be returned to the family of peoples. It is impossible to do with Putin, as I understand it. Again, it is simply impossible to remove Putin, because we need a analysis of flights, as a result of which the wine will fall not only in Putin, but also on others. Putin was returned, now all the dogs will be neatly hung on him, and he will be removed from the stage, and Russia will return to the family of the peoples of the world as a full -fledged member who survived all this horror, the nightmare of Putinism and became quite normal.

- You are considering Putin now as a kind of Chernenko. If he is Chernenko, maybe somewhere at the throne is already visible and Gorbachev is visible? Not Primakov in this role.

- Yes, of course, I believe that Primakova would be more logical to compare with Dan Xiaopin. Speaking about the figures that could take Putin’s place, we can say that these will be completely different people, people who are completely unrelated to Ukrainian, Crimean and other adventures, people who were aside or people are quite influential, respected, authoritative, capable in order to occupy such a high post. There are few people. Honestly, I see three people, among whom I consider one a favorite for the presidential post. For part of the elite associated with Putin, who would somehow like to get at least some guarantees of her future, probably Sergey Sobyanin would probably be, almost the only top of the country, who was not involved in the Crimean-Ukrainian adventure. I think that that part of the elites, which is currently oriented to Putin, would bet on him. On the other hand, an unconditional contender for the highest posts is Kudrin, which is ideal for almost all elite groups. But Sobyanin and Kudrin are excellent technical candidates, but not in the difficult situation in which we are now. If we needed just a technical person, quite influential, quite recognizable, in order to occupy this technical post, they would come. But now the country is in a rather difficult situation and it needs a very strong negotiator. In general, the country needs a face approximately by weight and by sympathy from the West, commensurate with Poroshenko. We need Russian Poroshenko in order to somehow save the situation, so that Russia can completely restore the status quo, because it largely depends on oil prices, then at least restore the status quo in the international arena, so that Russia is ceased to be perceived as it is perceived now. Honestly, I do not see such a powerful diplomat, a powerful negotiator and a purely visually looking at Poroshenko, except Mikhail Kasyanov. These are three figures: I think that a new government will be designed from them. Immediately after Putin’s removal in one way or another, of course, there will be a transitional period in which everything will be according to the Constitution, the acting will be Dmitry Medvedev for some time. The figure is also quite acceptable to all elite groups.

He tried to establish very warm friendly relations with the West, very similar to the relations that Ukraine now develop with the West. There was a lot of talk about the possible entry of Russia into the European Union, even in NATO. When there was a disaster on September 11, Russia provided all kinds of US technical assistance so that they could conduct retaliation in Afghanistan. All kinds of air corridors were provided, Russia had nothing against the emergence of American military bases in Central Asia. I remember very well Putin-Western, Putin-reformer, who dreamed of being in a good account with his Western friends and partners, who strove to establish personal contact, personal relations with each Western leader, with Bush, with a shirasko, with a shredder. I remember this Putin very well. I believe that the breakdown occurred in the area of the end of 2004. In short, his hopes were not justified, the West did not accept him in the world elite and other Russian oligarchs, they were left in the position of the third world and elite of the third world countries, which was supposed to cooked in their own juice and was not allowed in serious Western games. At this moment, a certain turning point occurred, firstly, connected, first with an attempt to prove that Russia will have to be considered in one way or another, the increased activity in the international arena, the launch of dust in the eyes of purchased ratings, as a result of which Putin turned out to be a number one politician in the world. The Olympics, the World Cup, which, apparently, will not take place in 2018. The superpowers that the country received due to high oil prices, they all settled on one thing that you do not want to consider us part of yourself, then you will have to consider us an alternative center with which you will discuss the fate of the world at the negotiating table. Something in Putin did in this direction. The apotheosis can be considered the Olympics in Sochi, lying in ruins Ukraine, which, it would seem, can only extend your hand, and it will become a faithful satellite of the Russian Federation, the squeezed Crimea, of course. I found a braid on a stone at the moment when Ukraine began to seriously resist. It seems to me that Putin was not mistaken in anything, he did everything correctly and calculated everything right. The only thing he did not make an amendment to a miracle, but this is not surprising who makes an amendment to a miracle? A miracle is a miracle so as not to know at what point and how it will happen. In principle, it was possible to guess if you carefully observe the Maidan. But Putin believed that he was the same puppeteer that this Maidan invented, prescribed for him the script, as a result of which he occurred this way and not otherwise. Probably, this is how you can draw Putin's dynamics. All this time he remained the same person, of course. I am deeply convinced that no metamorphosis with his soul, with his consciousness during this time, the situation has changed. The fatal role for Russia, I believe, was played by superpitual income from high oil prices. If these income remained quite modest, our country would not have changed much in any respect - neither in the personnel, nor from the point of view of its structure, or from the point of view of ideology, there would be no Putin vertical. Because a vertical is just a way to take all possible income.

Лопающаяся от дармовых денег Россия ни в чем не нуждается, ей ничего не нужно. Ей не нужны государственные институты, ей не нужен прочный мир в Чечне, например, нужно просто назначить смотрящего, этого смотрящего залить деньгами, все просто. Я считаю, что проклятием России стали именно высокие цены на нефть. Я даже не считаю Путина плохим президентом или злым демоном России. На самом деле он достаточно простой незамысловатый чиновник, который был посажен в определенное кресло и сидел в этом определенном кресле, делал достаточно предсказуемые шаги. Основная черта его – это трусость и боязнь потерять одобрение со стороны всех: своего окружения, населения и так далее. Он в принципе тот самый робкий человек, который старался все это время и продолжает стараться всем услужить. Когда нет собственного волевого импульса, нет ясного представления о будущем, это всегда заводит человека в тупик. Невозможно стараться всем услужить, потому что окружающие тебя люди, население, твое собственное окружение – они сами не знают, чего хотят. Когда ты ориентируешься на желания людей, которые сами не знают, чего хотят, ты обязательно упрешься лбом в стену, что и произошло.
