The first conclusion is about Putin’s psychology and his team.

The large film career of Soviet actor Leonid Filatov began in the late 1970s. In his most famous pre -perestroika films (“Crew”, “You never dreamed”, “Rooks”, “From the life of the head of the criminal investigation”) he played essentially the same character. It was young, successful, in some ways talented, outwardly quite intelligent, well-earning a handsome man who enjoys the well-deserved attention of ladies. He sought his remarkable energy, pressure, and willingness to take risks. Simply put, Filatov played a typical alpha male. However, in the films he, who had achieved his whole character, inevitably entered into conflicts - either with those whom he considered to submit to him “wretches” (primarily members of his own family, his women), or with the older Alfa Samans. It seemed the first that he was too rude and despotistal, the latter tried to introduce his behavior into some incomprehensible and therefore unacceptable framework for the hero.

Each time, the hero of Filatov in a new situation unexpected for him resolved the conflict in one way: not wanting to change, he tried to show the price of peaceful relations with him, demonstrating that he could make bad. Of course, for others, this behavior was both unexpected and unacceptable. The situation through the fault of the protagonist was rapidly deteriorating. And there were two options for a denouement - or the complete failure of the project (the final breakdown of relations with the environment, prison), or an atoning feat in the final. The latter not only proved the fundamental usefulness of the alpha male, but also cleared the field for new negotiations - on which the hero who realized his wrong could honor with honor with those who were dissatisfied with him.

The reason for such a conflict was only. The hero, fascinated by his own successes, fulfilling the program that he had laid in himself by a teenager, did not notice what eyes others look at him. He did not notice the fact that while he was growing up and asserted, society changed and put forward new demands. And although he is successful in his eyes, many around him consider him a nearby Luzer, whose success will soon be replaced by a defeat, which will become obvious to himself.

The psychological conflict of Putin and his team with the West is something similar to the throwing of Filatov heroes. Here they are all such "beautiful, smart men in the prime of strength." There are high positions, there are money, there are trunks, gymnasts and fashion models help to spit leisure. How to not respect them? But there is no respect. On the contrary, there are requirements (very polite, but persistent): to comply with the norms of today's world, to observe the rights of different deeply respected and not even noticed persons.

Where is justice? In her search, the Putin team has long begun to increase bets - demonstrating that she can "contact the bad guys." The most odious members of the team, such as the open militarist and Russian nationalist Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin and the builder of the Sharia state in a particular Russian region Ramzan Kadyrov, with this scheme have carte blanche on the most odious from the point of view of the Western communication policy and statements.

So, the Rodina party associated with Rogozin decided to invite neo -Nazis to St. Petersburg. The head of her St. Petersburg department, a typical alpha male, the 38-year-old "Cultural capital" from Crimea former Morpeh, and now an official of the city administration, homophobic and hackney of migrants Andrei Petrov , bears responsibility for this. The logic of those who authorized his initiative is obvious. They do not like neo -Nazis and in general right -bending in Europe and the states of the neo -Nazi - and we will welcome them: they are inexpensive and maybe they will fit. Moreover, if something goes wrong, you can always disown them. Thus, the neo -Nazis Congress is not a new Putin line, but a played pawn on a chessboard. As a result, none of the Russian politicians of the first, second and even the third echelon came to St. Petersburg.

The second conclusion is about the realism of the "right international".

A variety of political forces in Russia and abroad speak of the possibility of creating the "right -wing international". It is understood that there are enough opponents of modern social trends in countries, they have large political organizations and Moscow attempts to rely on their support in promoting their interests may be successful.

The actual failure of the St. Petersburg Congress, to which representatives of the vast majority of large right -wing parties of Western Europe did not come to, especially right -conservative groups from the United States, clearly showed that such plans are unrealistic. Politically significant right -conserving organizations will certainly sympathize with Putin’s declared political conservatism, especially when he transfers the next millions to their election funds. However, to a much greater extent, they are involved in European affairs and obligations. This makes them forget about obligations in relation to Putin immediately after receiving money.

Moreover, such organizations are forced to distance themselves from neo -Nazis, everywhere (except Greece) representing a stigmatized sectarian political minority, and from too stable ties with like -minded people in other countries: their voters are very critical and suspicious of any forms of international cooperation, including possible “right -wing international”. Neo-fascists from the Greek Golden Dawn participating in the St. Petersburg gathering can be pulled up as much as they like in a Nazi greeting, but for the German ultra-right, they will remain overwhelming from the taxes of German electricians and movers who make up the asset of the German National Democratic Party.

In addition, in connection with the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, "white" racists, neo-Nazis and right-wing radicals split into two opposing camps. And it is not possible to combine them in support of Putin.

The third conclusion is about the anti -fascism of the Russian population.

Conducting the neo -Nazis Congress in St. Petersburg and the extremely weak reaction to it of the city’s population - pre -notified media - once again confirmed that the level of real anti -fascism in Russia is close to zero. More precisely, in Russia, fascism and anti -fascism is understood not at all what all over the world. The vast majority of the population identifies as “fascism” any form of external, primarily coming from the West, “Russians”. If a person does not directly demonstrate the swastikas in combination with threatening speeches against the "Russians", then he can have an arbitrarily "fascist" reputation outside the country and among experts, but will be able to carry almost anything anywhere in Russia, including the "cultural capital." And do this with the complete indifference of the "public".

However, in this indifference you can see something positive. The presence of neo-Nazis did not cause not only protests, but also any noticeable interest of Russian citizens. The neo -Nazis who came to Peter successfully cooked in their own juice and looked at the sights of the city. This value of the congress was exhausted.
