Natalia Poklonskaya will speak at the trial against Alexander Kostenko

Prosecutor of the Republic of Crimea Natalya Poklonskaya will act as prosecutor in the case of Maidan activist from Simferopol Alexander Kostenko , according to the website of the Crimean prosecutor's office. The materials of the case on the assassination attempt on the "Berkut" during the Euromaidan were transferred to the Kyiv District Court of Simferopol. The Crimean prosecutor's office approved the indictment against Kostenko under point "b" of part 2 of article 115 and part 1 of article 222 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - “deliberate infliction of slight bodily harm; illegal acquisition, possession and carrying of the main parts of firearms”. Kostenko is awaiting trial in a pre-trial detention center.
