The Central District Court of Novosibirsk released Leonid Yuldashev, an employee of Open Russia, who was detained after being attacked by a provocateur. Judge Yulia Piotrovskaya returned the materials of the administrative case to the police. Yesterday, Yuldashev was attacked in the center of Novosibirsk, where he had come to organize a teleconference with Mikhail Khodorkovsky. He left the hotel, after which an unfamiliar man attacked him, threw him into a puddle and began to call for help, claiming that Yuldashev attacked him himself. After that, the provocateur by force held the employee of Open Russia until the arrival of the police, who later took Yuldashev to the police station. There, the provocateur began to claim that Yuldashev had broken his mobile phone.
