The head of the settlement in the Irkutsk region hit a teenager who was noisy

The criminal case was instituted in the Irkutsk region against the head of the Semigorsky rural settlement of the Nizhneilimsky district. A man is suspected of being beaten by a teenager, the region of the IC of the Russian Federation reported.

According to investigators, in early March the suspect was outraged by adolescents who were noisy on the playground. Then the man took a wooden rail and hit it with one of the minors.

A criminal case has been instituted against the chapter under paragraph “a” of part 2 of Art. 116 of the Criminal Code (beatings inflicted from hooligan motives). Now the investigator is working with him.
