Motorcycle with ribbons

In Saratov, one of the young people who went to the rally in honor of the anniversary of the annexation of Crimea with the ribbons of the colors of the Ukrainian flag are trying to send to a pre -trial detention center. He has a criminal record in the 2nd part of Article 158 of the Criminal Code (theft).

“Once we walked all night and decided to ride a foreign motorcycle,” says Dmitry Yakovlev. -Since I am well versed in electronics, I started it in a friendly way. In a friendly manner and condemned for a year and a half correctional labor. I was not hiding anywhere, I work. But in one month I missed 11 days - radiculitis, could not get out of bed. They hooked for this and, apparently, decided to punish me for participating in a rally with ribbons. They did not call me a court that replaced me with a preventive measure and held it without my participation. ”

The young man intends to file a complaint with the regional court and stated that he is linking a change in preventive measure only with participation in the action with ribbons. According to the court order, correctional labor is replaced by serving sentences in a colony-settlement for four months and 19 days. The court also decided to change the Saratovtsa measure of restraint and send him to the pre -trial detention center. At the meeting, according to Yakovlev, his interests were represented by an unfamiliar lawyer.

The rally in honor of the anniversary of the accession of Crimea to the Russian Federation was held in Saratov on March 18. Several young people came to the theater square with ribbons of the flowers of the Ukrainian flag - they explained to reporters that they want to support Ukraine in this way and oppose war. The police detained them, but soon released them. After that, young people began to be called into conversations - the FSB officers, with two young people, were talked with one girl - employees of the Center for Combating Extremism . Among them was Dmitry Yakovlev.
