Gazprom-Media will combine entertainment channels

The Gazprom-Media holding creates an entertainment television group, which will include four channels-TNT, TV-3, "Friday!" and "2x2". The group will lead one of the founders of the Comedy Club show Arthur Dzhanibekyan.

This was reported by Interfax with reference to the press service of Gazprom-Media.

“The integration of television channels into a single division will increase the efficiency of operating management of the holding television assets,” the press service said in a statement.

Arthur Dzhanibekyan (b. 1976) worked as a producer on the Russian Radio and the STS channel. In 2003, together with KVN comrades founded the Comedy Club club show. Dzhanibekyan - founder (2006) and general producer of Comedy Club Production , producing, in particular, the Comedy Club show, the series "Interns" and "University".

According to RBC , Comedy Club Production is a key supplier of content for the TNT channel. In December 2011, TNT bought 74.99% Comedy Club Production for a record for the Russian market for the production of telecontent 10.27 billion rubles.
