The director of the school Lyudmila Agoshkova tried to transfer a certain document to Gricidina, which the judge intended to accept without announcement. A significant part of the questions of the prosecutor asked by the school principal concerned not a specific poem by the defendant, but his political views, as well as participation in "patriotic and educational work."

The teacher of OBZh and physical education, Alexander Agoshkov, said that formerly had "extremely liberal views", despite the fact that "you can put an equal sign between Russophobes and liberals." In essence, the accusation Agoshkov did not explain anything. At the same time, he spoke under the protocol on the negative attitude of the defendant to Russian aggression in South Ossetia and Crimea.

Technology teacher Sergei Reshedko expressed bewilderment, "why only one poem became attached." “It would be necessary to see other poems,” he said in court.

In turn, the English teacher Vyacheslav Kostyakov stated that formerly had "Bender patrons." The hearings will continue on Thursday, April 2.

"Today's interrogation of witnesses speaks the best as possible, firstly, about the absence of any evidence, and secondly, about the political nature of the process," the lawyer Schukov commented on the past meeting. At the same time, he noted, "the prosecutor's office did not even try to receive at least any evidence: the witnesses were asked mainly issues regarding the political views of my client."

The poem "Ukrainian Patriots" was published on March 1, 2014 on his pages on social networks. The case against him was opened in mid -May .

On October 3, the Kromsky District Court recognized the poem "Ukrainian patriots" with extremist material . The decision was made on the basis of a conclusion prepared by the expert and forensic center of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs. On November 20, the Orlov Regional Court upheld this decision in force . In March 2015, the Orlov Regional Court rejected the cassation appeal of the ex. The poet said that he would appeal this decision in the Supreme Court, and then he would apply to the ECHR.

At the same time, specialists of the Moscow Guild of Experts on Documentation and Information Disputes (Gladys) conducted earlier examination of the text, including two doctors of sciences and one academician. They did not find any signs of extremism in the poem. Nevertheless, the conclusion of the Gladys courts did not take into account.

On June 19, 2014 , another case was opened against the poet under part 1 of article 282. It was instituted for the publication of the poem "Ukrainian rebels" on April 15. Its author also placed the suits. Then, on June 19, the formerly took a search during which a laptop and electronic data carriers were seized.

On August 16, the poet was removed from work in the village school, where he taught German.

Last Friday, March 27, the TSPE operatives came to Myshev . They asked the poet questions regarding his new poems - Putin Rush and Nadezhda Savchenko . He refused to communicate with the security forces.
