This episode is qualified under part 2 of Article 205.4 (participation in the terrorist community) and paragraph "A" of part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code (a terrorist attack committed by an organized group). The sanction on the first of these accusations is up to 10 years of the colony, on the second - up to 20 years.

Meanwhile, Dmitry Dinze, the lawyer of the film director Oleg Sentsov, another Crimean prisoner, told the “faces” that he did not receive any notifications of the upcoming presentation of the case of the final charge to his client.
25 -year -old Kolchenko is an activist of the left movement in Crimea. He did not recognize the Russian annexation of the region. On May 16, 2014, the activist was abducted in Simferopol by FSB operatives . Soon he was transported to Moscow and placed in the Lefortovo pre -trial detention center, unofficially controlled by the special service.
On May 30, the FSB accused the anti-fascist of belonging to the diversion-terrorist group of the Right Sector . This group, according to the special services, was preparing terrorist attacks in Simferopol, Yalta and Sevastopol, and later - "the destruction of a number of livelihoods, railway bridges, power lines."
Politzek does not admit his guilt.
Together with Kolchenko and Sentsov, historian Alexei Chirniy is taking place in the case. Sentsov, like Kolchenko, refuses to plead guilty. Chirny admitted the guilt and testified to Sentsov as the head of the "sabotage and terrorist group".
Initially, the fourth defendant was in the case - lawyer Gennady Afanasyev. He also stipulated Sentsov. In addition, Afanasyev abandoned Ukrainian citizenship and accepted the Russian one. As a result, he concluded a deal with the investigation, and his case was allocated in a separate production and considered in a special order. On December 17, 2014, the Moscow City Court sentenced Afanasyev to seven years of maximum security.
Kolchenko insists that he is a citizen of Ukraine. Meanwhile, the FSB claims that he has Russian citizenship. On January 28, the illegitimate Kiev District Court of Simferopolrefused to recognize the political prisoner as a Ukrainian citizen .
