The IK -14 administration of the general regime in Angarsk, the Irkutsk region, again sent the anti -fascist Alexei Sutug in a schizo - this time for 15 days. This was reported by "Mediazona" with reference to Olga Sutugu, the mother of Politzek. This time, a violation of the shape of clothing, supposedly admitted by a suck, was a pretext for planting in a schizo.
Olga Sutuga said that, as the activist’s lawyer suggests, the next step of the FSINITS will be the sending of Politzek for several months to a chamber -type premises - the internal prison of the colony. “Neither a lawyer nor human rights defenders have any authority to intervene in this matter, except to ask them questions that the administration answers: the law is the law,” added an anti -fascist mother.
The first time Sutugu was put in a schizo for 7 days . This happened on March 20, immediately after the arrival of Politzek in IK-14. The Fsinovites said that during a search of an anti -fascist they discovered sharpening. Meanwhile, before sending a stoop to a colony from the pre-trial detention center-1 to the regional center, his bag was searched and shone with an X-ray, but there was no sharpening there. The distance between Irkutsk and Angarsk is only about an hour by car.
At the same time, the lawyer of the activist Svyatoslav Khromenkov emphasized, "as they found sharpen, they did not show Alexei, but simply brought out a report."
"The regime diligently puts an end to the winner's parole and raises a big question about the possibility of applying the May amnesty to him (planned for the 70th anniversary of the victory over Germany. - Ed.)," The lawyer noted in this regard.
The stoop was taken to IK-14 after several days of a dry hunger strike . The main requirement of the Politsek was precisely the transfer to the colony from the Irkutsk pre -trial detention center -1 - one of the worst Russian prisons, where the anti -fascist spent a month, although according to the law he was supposed to be sent to the colony within 20 days.
The Fsinovites motivated the delay in the fact that in the colony, where it is supposed to send an anti -fascist, “cleaning” is being conducted - from the black zone living according to thieves' law, it is turned into red, where the administration dictates the rules.
Meanwhile, after the arrival of Politzek in Irkutsk, the head of the SIZO-1, Colonel of the Internal Service, Igor Mokeev, offered him to get a job in the detention center, remains thus in a pre-trial detention center without going to the colony, and by the end of 2015 to go out of parole. Sutuga, however, abandoned the proposal, fearing that in the pre -trial detention center he would want to take into the development of TSPE operatives. After that, pressure began on him.
The Human Rights Center "Memorial" on March 20 recognized the Sutug as political prisoner .
On September 30, 2014, the judge of the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow Elena Korobchenko sentenced the anti -fascist to 3 years of 1 month of the general regime under part 2 of Article 213 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons) and paragraph "A" of part 26 of the Criminal Code (causing beatings from hooligan motives). On December 17, the collegium of the Moscow City Court, chaired by Olga Nedonina, left the sentence unchanged.
As stated in the case file, Sutuga, along with "unidentified persons" beat young nationalists into a cafe. The activist himself insisted that he had intervened in a conflict that had already begun to stop him and reassure the fighters.
Sutuga emphasized the political nature of the persecution, noting that the case was fanned with the participation of TSPE operatives.
