In fact, this is the second day of the court. To the first, where the prosecutor read out the prosecution, the ex was invited suddenly (according to him, they called from the court and said: “Come to 14”).

The first witness was the director of the Criminal High School Lyudmila Agoshkova.

- The poem was sent to the school from Crimea (the “New Gazeta” cannot reveal the name and content of the poem by Alexander formerly in support of Ukraine, since it is recognized as extremist - I.Zh.) . One of the Crimean patriots sent him to us with the question: "How can such a person work at school?" When I read the verses, I immediately turned to the former Kromsky district prosecutor Maxim Grishin with a request to give them a legal assessment. I was embarrassed by sharp assessments of events in Ukraine and especially the actions of Russia. On May 8, at the request of the prosecutor's office, we held a pedagogical council at which this poem was analyzed. The pedagogical council was attended by Deputy Prosecutor Volynova Natalya Anatolyevna. All teachers spoke extremely negatively about the poem. It seemed to me that Formoshev was annoyed that not a single person - I repeat, not a single person! -He did not utter any words in his protection.

Moreover-we conducted a survey of all the students from whom Thalyn taught and one of them admitted that Alexander Mikhailovich once said during the lesson: “Putin completely demolished the roof-he introduced troops to the Crimea.”

Further, Agoshkova said that before the events in Ukraine, Fe. wrote other verses - about the Great Patriotic War, about everyday life, published a collection of children's poems.

- What happened to him later - I do not know. As far as I know, his childhood was somehow connected with Ukraine and mother from there, ”the director said.

- And they are engaged in patriotic education in your school? - asked the prosecutor.

- This is one of the main directions of our work. This is the main direction, ”Agoshkova assured.

Formerly could not recall the content and even the name of the extremist poem - referred to the fact that she read it once and then - a year ago.

“I can just say that this poem is not a patriotic.” Alexander Mikhailovich in this poem was not on the side of our Fatherland, but on the side of another state. I understand that now you can bring many arguments in response, but my opinion and opinion of our entire team is this - this is an anti -Russian poem.

- When did you sign the protocol, did you read it at all? - continued the judge.

For the interrogation of the first three witnesses, the Kromsky District Court took three hours.

The testimonies of the three to the fact that the details of the poem (as, indeed, his name) do not remember, but in general - are outraged. Only one man, the chief of security of the Kromsky Post Office, said that he was positive about Fortyshev, but did not read him poems.

But the real splash made the performance of the last witness on this day - English teacher Vyacheslav Kostyakov.
