And it was like that. Once upon a time in Moscow, Valentin Petrovich Nikitenko, born in 1969, married, without bad habits. By the way, he shed blood, served in Afghanistan, paid his international debt in full. (“Afghans”, “Combat Brotherhood”, Senator Sablin, Deputy Klintsevich! Au? We don’t see you in this case.) Then everything is like everyone else. Family, children, attempts to arrange life. My wife and I tried to do business. Registered IP, freight transportation. Burned out, the cars were sold for debts. Left alone. Valentin Petrovich personally worked on it on the sly. In general, a trucker.

Road. Any driver knows that anything can happen on it, at any time. Off-road to overcome is not a trick, the main thing is to overcome the road. In February 2014, on a difficult site somewhere near Tomsk, the car of Valentin Petrovich skidded. There was a huge truck accordion, stood across. A car crashed into him. In August 2014, the case was transferred to a young judge of the Tomsk District Court Pavel Nikolaevich Dubovik. Prior to that, Pavel Nikolayevich was increasingly involved in administrative affairs, and even now he is still listed in the administrative board of the Tomsk District Court of the Tomsk Region. The judicial investigation began and smoothly rolled to a guilty verdict. The judge left the measure of restraint to Valentin Petrovich the same - a written undertaking not to leave the place and exemplary behavior. In general, everything is normal.

By January, the prosecution had finished presenting its evidence, which was not much - they did not bother with the examinations, the investigation was satisfied with the accident scheme. But in December 2014, Valentin Petrovich fell ill - something with a cold. Apparently, the disease gave a complication, chronic sores opened up, the back began to hurt. The therapist referred me to a neurologist. He revealed seven intervertebral hernias. We do not have healthy people - we have underexamined. Everything is as it should be - sick leave. Valentin Petrovich thought he would have time to recover by the next court session.

But in January I realized that he could not fly to Tomsk. The disease began to develop. The hospital lawyer presented to the judge: look, your honor, because there is a good reason. Your Honor reacted nervously, for a start he ordered two forced drives. Moscow bailiffs came to Valentin Petrovich, they look: a person is sick, and his documents are all in order. They inform the Tomsk court: we won’t do a forced drive, there’s nothing for it.

Then everything rolled like a snowball. The judge is furious, and Valentin Petrovich is getting worse. On February 24, 2015, Judge Dubovik issues a strict order to change the preventive measure to arrest. Interesting motivation:

Allegedly, the judge has telephone messages from Moscow bailiffs, in which it is stated that Nikitenko is walking around Moscow. Which, however, was not confirmed: the bailiffs are not fools, and the FSSP in Moscow sent a letter that the inspectors did not send any telephone messages to anyone.

And Valentin Petrovich had a stroke on the same day. The ambulance took him to the intensive care unit of the 13th City Clinical Hospital. Three weeks in the hospital - like a little healed. The sick leave was left open: well, a person in such a state cannot work and fly to the courts.

Irina's wife took her husband from the hospital, walked 50 meters from the gate. People in uniform approach: “Valentin Petrovich Nikitenko? Let's go." And two cars are ready. They took Valentin Petrovich to the Yuzhnoportovoe police station. And he's worse. The policemen, seeing the condition of Valentin Petrovich, were frightened themselves - they just lacked this. They tell the wife: they say, urgently take all his medical documents, you can’t deliver him to the pre-trial detention center in such a state. While Irina went for documents, Valentin Petrovich had a second stroke. The first ambulance refused to take him away from the police (here it is, the Hippocratic oath). The second ambulance picked me up and took me exactly back to the 13th City Clinical Hospital. Because both the 20th City Clinical Hospital (prison) and the 2nd Detention Facility (Butyrka) refused to accept a prisoner with such diagnoses.

In the 13th City Clinical Hospital, Nikitenko is taken by his own doctor: “Well, I discharged you today, was it all right ?!” Again resuscitation, three days, only already handcuffed to the bed, and the escort at the ward around the clock. Well, yes, it’s well known: with two strokes and seven hernias in the spine, escaping from intensive care is the sweetest thing.

But the guards can't stay in the hospital forever, can they? Therefore, on March 17, they took Valentin Petrovich to the 20th prison hospital, where the deputy. the head physician, after reviewing the documents, said: “I will not accept this. Take it wherever you want."

We were taken to Matrossk. Sailor is usually hospitable, accepts everyone. But even there, due to the state of Valentin Petrovich, he was immediately sent to the intensive care unit.

Wife Irina came to "Seated Rus'": "Girls, help. After all, two strokes. He will not survive the stage in Tomsk and the pre-trial detention center. We didn't hide anywhere. Is it possible to do this with people?!”

They immediately contacted Anna Karetnikova, a member of the PMC of Moscow. Anya knows such a patient, he was just transferred from the intensive care unit to a regular cell. His appearance is not very good, says Anna Georgievna. We will fight together, because the man will die.

And Valentin Petrovich, while still at large, kept asking his wife: “The Afghan has passed, so now - to die at the hands of Russian justice?” She reassured him: “Everything will work out. The court must sort it out."
