In the Kirsanovskiy district court of the Tambov region, consideration of Yevgeny Vitishko's application for parole has begun, reports the Environmental Watch for the North Caucasus. At the first meeting, the psychologist Vladimir Rubashny, who acted as an expert for the defense, was interrogated. Both the prosecution and the defense petitioned to call witnesses, so the meeting was postponed to April 15. The administration of the colony opposes parole for Vitishko, motivating this by a number of penalties that the ecologist received. In total, Vitishko has eight penalties. Their reasons: “sleep at the wrong time”, did not say hello to the employee of the Federal Penitentiary Service, etc. One of the penalties is “negligent attitude towards weeding tomatoes.”
