Alexander Bakshaev was fined for dropping manure in front of Sberbank

The Kuibyshevsky District Court of Novosibirsk fined farmer Alexander Bakshaev 11,000 rubles under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of the established picketing procedure) for dumping a wagon of manure in front of the local branch of Sberbank in February 2015 in protest against the credit policy of banks. OVD-Info is sympathetic to this action, although it does not rule out that, indeed, in this case we can talk about a violation of public order.
