Then the Buk was transported from Donetsk to Snezhnoye through the settlements of Makeevka, Zugras and Torez. On July 17, in the middle of the day, “Buk” was seen in Snezhnoy. The next day, July 18, at 5 a.m., the installation "Buk" on the Tolvo brand tractor was seen in Lugansk on the way to Krasnodon and Severny. In the third and fourth intercepted telephone conversations recorded at 8 and 8:20 in the morning of July 18, the separatists confirm that Buk returned to Russia. A person nicknamed "Librarian" takes part in the delivery and return of Buka. His voice is heard in the first conversation. It is also mentioned that during the confusion, which, judging by abundantly seasoned with obscene vocabulary listened to fragments, reigned in the course of the entire “operation”, one of the organizers or even customers of the crime called on the mobile phone of one of the defendants: “Then, he says, he began to call.“ Well? ”He introduced himself.”
The appeal of the international investigative group emphasizes that investigative materials allow us to say that the Boeing was shot down by the Russian “beech” from a territory controlled by the separatists, as the most likely version of the crash of a passenger aircraft. However, the investigation continues to consider all versions. In an interview with the Netherlands television company NOS Fred Westerbeke, a senior justice officer in the General Prosecutor's Office of the Netherlands, the head of the investigative brigade, said:

For the first time, the investigation group addresses possible eyewitnesses with specific issues. Which of them saw the “Buk” installation or the Volvo brand transported by the brand and where? Who turned out to be a random witness to the launch of the rocket and where? Who saw the “Buk” installation of the crew? Were it Russian military or separatists from Eastern Ukraine? All these issues are potentially extremely dangerous for eyewitnesses, so the investigation group emphasized that everyone who provides important information for the investigation can count on reliable protection at the international level. According to Westerbek, "our international investigative brigade - and this team includes experts from five countries - has a number of possible safety measures that we can apply addressably in each case. Everything will depend on what situation this witness is in, where he lives."
What is the likelihood that the guilty of the deaths of almost three hundred passengers of Boeing will appear before the court?
