Investigator of the Nizhny Novgorod UFSB Solovyov, the leading case of physicist Vladimir Golubev, accused of disclosing state secrets, does not give a lawyer a lawyer who is investigated by Evgeny Gubin to get acquainted with the case materials. It is reported by "Mediazona".

Gubin said that he submitted a petition for familiarization on February 13, presenting a lawyer certificate and a warrant - "everything is as it should." Soloviev satisfied the petition. Golubev in 1975-2013 was a leading researcher at the Russian Federal Nuclear Center in Sarov. He was engaged in the development of explosives. In 2013, the scientist published a report on the "strength and destruction of materials under the influence of the explosive load" read at a conference in the Czech Republic.
