Peskov’s statement was made against the backdrop of the appointment of the son of the head of the Security Council of the Russian Federation for a high post at Gazpromneft.

Today it became known that this company introduces a new position - Deputy General Director for the Development of Shelf projects. It will be taken by the son of the head of the Council of People's Commissars of Russia Nikolai Patrushev Andrey, born in 1981.

This was told in the company to reporters of RBC . It is noteworthy that it followed shortly after the scandal with the son of Sechin, who holds a similar position in Rosneft - the First Deputy Director of the Department of joint projects on the shelf.

The Gazpromneft indicated that the development of shelf projects is a "strategic direction of the company." Eco -activists also protest against technology, which involves filling with oil under a pontoon platform of 100 thousand barrels, claiming that this can lead to an accident and irreversible consequences.
