The new defendant of the "Swamp case" 24-year-old Ivan Nepomnyans was charged with the final edition, lawyer Dmitry Dinze said on Friday.

He said that during the preliminary investigation of the Nepomnyans refused to testify. “We will give the testimony already in court,” Dinze said in an interview with RAPSI.
