Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow sentenced the native of Ingushetia Magomeda Tochiev, a participant in the confrontation of Muslims and the police at the historical mosque in September 2014, to 7 months of the penal colony. The conflict of Muslims with the police arose due to the beating by the security forces of another native of the Electricity - Adam Oscanov. On the afternoon of September 26, rushing to prayer, Oscanov parked in the wrong place , and after the police remark, he was going to drive away the car and accidentally hit the ammonian sergeant Alexei Fenogenov, without causing him any harm. After that, he was brought into the riot police and began to beat him. “As soon as they entered the bus, the doors closed, and I, who prayed right in front of the doors, heard the offensive speech of riot police and the blows of such a force that the bus was shaking,” said one of the witnesses of the incident.

Hundreds of Muslims surrounded the bus, without applying violence to the police, and demanded that Oscanov are free. Law enforcement officers refused to fulfill the requirement. Then several people, including Tochiev, again refraining from violence, squeezed into the bus. After that, Oscanov was released.

Subsequently, 33 participants in the confrontation were sentenced to administrative arrests for two to three days, and Oscanov and Tochiev, having charged part 1 of article 318, were sent to the pre-trial detention center .

Oscanov, unlike Tochiev, agreed to consider his business in a special order. On December 10, 2014, Judge Natalia Susina, who had previously passed the sentence in the second swamp case, condemned the accused by the year of the penal colony , announcing the proven that he deliberately ran into Fenogenov.
