The capital's police officers calculated and detained the culprit of a curious robbery on the pharmacy, who refused criminal intentions, as soon as he saw that the female factory was scared to be half death. The robber even allegedly called an ambulance from his mobile phone and retreated empty -handed.

The suspect in an attempt to rob him was a schoolboy. He was detained on Thursday evening in the house at the place of residence on Raskova Street, Interfax reports with reference to a source in law enforcement.

According to the interlocutor, the detainee was 14 years old. He studies in the eighth grade in one of the Moscow educational institutions.

Earlier it was reported that on April 8, at about 20:30, an unknown man who looked 18-20 years old entered the pharmacy located in the house N1 on Leningradsky Prospekt. He began to demand money from a woman-lamitarian, threatening her with a gun.

According to the police, the pharmacy employee became bad. Seeing this, the criminal called her an ambulance from his mobile phone. “After that, the attacker disappeared, and without taking anything,” the Moscow Ministry of Internal Affairs explained.

The newspaper "Moscow Komsomolets" sets out the events in the pharmacy somewhat differently. According to the publication, an ambulance of a 32-year-old pharmacist named Natya was called not a robber, but a random visitor who was nearby.

“When I went to the pharmacy, some kind of frightened guy ran out to meet me, I didn’t even know that he did something bad,” the eyewitness said. “I saw that there was no one at the rack in the pharmacy, I thought that the saleswoman had gone away.”

At that moment, the man heard a moan from behind the rack. He climbed over the partition and saw the saleswoman of the drugs lying on the floor, which held on to the chest. Nastya said she had a weak heart. After that, the pharmacy was given water, and then an eyewitness called an ambulance.

After some time, the victim became better, and she got off his job. By the time of the arrival of the ambulance brigade, she was no longer in the pharmacy, the publication claims.

The Kirovsky District Court of Novosibirsk sentenced three teenagers who are found guilty of robbery and robbery.

"A, g" of part 2 of Art. 161 ("robbery, that is, the open theft of someone else's property committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy, with the use of violence that is not dangerous for life and health"), paragraph "in" of part 4 of Art. 162 ("Robbery, that is, an attack in order to steal someone else's property, committed using violence that is life -threatening and health, a group of persons by preliminary conspiracy, using an object used as a weapon, with the cause of serious harm to the health of the victim").

One teenager was also judged by the second episode of robbery. As a result, the defendant I. received a punishment in the form of five years and three months in prison, a minor S. was determined the punishment in the form of four years, nine months and 10 days of imprisonment. The third accomplice of E. was sentenced to four years and a month of imprisonment.

The Judicial Collegium for Criminal Cases of the Novosibirsk Regional Court left the verdict.
