The court granted the appeal of the Tul resident under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses

As reported by the Tula Active portal , the Proletarian District Court of Tula found the pensioner Vyacheslav Reguzov not guilty of committing an administrative offense.

Reguzov was detained on May 22, 2014 at the Kirovets stadium in Tula. Trying to resist the construction of a sports facility, local residents came to a meeting with representatives of the city administration and developers to convey their position to them. At the end of the meeting, Reguzov was detained by the police, a protocol was drawn up against him on violation of Article 20.2 Part 2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, subsequently a court was held without his participation, which imposed a fine of 20 thousand rubles. Reguzov appealed against the court ruling, learning about it only in December 2014, when he discovered the withdrawal of pension savings from a bank card.
