Thus, soon a group of support for LGBT teenage on the VKontakte social network will be inaccessible in the Russian Federation. Earlier, the community administrator Elena Klimova was fined 50 thousand rubles under Part 2 of Article 6.21 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (“Propaganda of non -traditional sexual relations among minors”). However, later the court of higher instance canceled this decision.

April 7, Tuesday Ecologist Vitishko announced a hunger strike. So the activist protests against the refusal of the Supreme Court to consider his complaint. Evgeny Vitishko asked the court to revise the decision of the Tuapse City Court. In December 2013, the court replaced the suspended ecologist with the real one. In addition to the protection of Vitishko, the prosecutor’s office of the Krasnodar Territory filed a complaint. But they did not have time to consider the departmental complaint. In December 2014, the Supreme Court requested the case from the regional court, but the deputy prospector Sabir Kekhlerov withdrew the complaint of the prosecutor's office.
The Ministry of Justice was introduced by the Transpenseri International-R Center in the list of foreign agents. According to the press release on the website of the department, "the fact of conformity of the named organization by the signs of a non-profit organization performing the functions of a foreign agent was established during the audit of the prosecutor's office." The audit was held at the end of January 2015. After that, the Taganskaya inter -district prosecutor's office issued an idea, on the basis of which the Ministry of Justice included the center in the register of “foreign agents”. However, the idea itself has not yet entered into legal force, since the T-R disputes it in the Tagansky district court.

Judge Svetlana Akhmylova motivated the decision that the prisoner did not correct enough and does not need treatment outside the colony. Meanwhile, the renal cell cancer diagnosed with Klimov includes a list of diseases approved by the government that prevents the sentence. Klimov’s complaint to the European Court of Human Rights was communicated in August 2014 and awaits consideration.
