The Housing and Public Utilities Fund suspended the financing of the resettlement of emergency houses in 8 regions


The Housing and Public Utilities Reform Fund based on the results of consideration of the annual reports of the regions suspended the financing of programs for resettlement of citizens from emergency housing in eight constituent entities of the Russian Federation, RIA Novosti writes with reference to the report of the Fund.

"Providing financial support for relocation from emergency housing in full is suspended by the Republic of Kalmykia, Amur, Vologda, Lipetsk, Magadan, Ulyanovsk and Yaroslavl regions in connection with violation of the specified constituent entities of the Russian Federation requirements for ensuring shared financing of programs, as well as the submission of reporting documents in violation of the requirements To their form, ”the press release reports.

In addition, 27 regions in which the implementation of resettlement programs at the 2013-2014 stage was not completed by December 31, 2014, a restriction on the provision of financial support was in proportion to the volume of violations, the report said. At the same time, it is noted that most of these regions have nevertheless reached targeted implementation of resettlement programs.

In total, the Housing and Public Utilities Foundation considered the reports of 83 constituent entities of the Russian Federation for 2014 on the implementation of regional programs for the resettlement of citizens from emergency housing, overhaul of apartment buildings and modernizing communal infrastructure, spending funds of the fund, budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local budgets for the implementation of these programs, as well as on the fulfillment of obligations established by Article 14 of the Law of the Law of the Law N185-FZ, noted in the message.

According to the updated data of the fund, 2.96 million square meters of emergency housing were resettled in 2014, 192,890 people were resettled.
