On April 15, the Presnensky District Court of Moscow extended until June 11 the period of house arrest of Konstantin Yankauskas, an associate of Alexei Navalny, a municipal deputy of the Zyuzino district, thus satisfying the petition of the investigation. The court decision was published by Yankauskas' lawyer Sergei Panchenko.
At the same time, the court lifted some restrictions, allowing Jankauskas to spend two hours a month on receiving citizens, as well as to correspond on deputy issues. The defense party, which demanded that Jankauskas be released on bail or bail, is going to appeal against the court's decision.
