Eleanor Valerianovna Belyaeva was born in 1935 in the village of Ramon of the Voronezh region, graduated from the Voronezh Musical School (1956) and the vocal department of the Moscow State Musical and Pedagogical Institute named after Gnesins (1961). Due to the loss of voice, she had to abandon the career of the opera singer.
Since 1961, Eleanor Belyaeva worked on central television, from 1961 to 1993 she was the host of the Musical Kiosk program, in which she talked about the music of various genres - from classics to stage.
She participated in music festivals, was conducted by the program “Song of the Year” (1984), concerts from the cycle “New Stars of Russia” and the subscriptions of “Classical Ballet Stars”.
