
The speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory Vladimir Beketov confirmed at a meeting with deputies working on an ongoing basis that the regional governor Alexander Tkachev will soon leave his current post and head the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia. This was reported by RBC with reference to sources in the region. It is not ruled out that Tkachev’s care will be announced on Wednesday.
There is evidence that the new head of the Kuban will become the men of the President Veniamin Kondratyev, who, before his appointment for the current post, was the vice-governor of the region. Meanwhile, the current head of the Ministry of Agriculture Nikolai Fedorov will take, as claimed, the post of adviser to the president.
According to the publication, the transfer of Fedorov to the Kremlin, and Kondratyev - to the Kuban a few days ago were agreed with the leadership of the country. It is noted that these decisions arrange everyone.
Meanwhile, official sources of information about the new appointments of Fedorov, Tkachev and Kondratiev do not confirm.
Earlier on Tuesday, Kommersant wrote that Vladimir Putin personally made the decision to appoint Tkachev the head of the Ministry of Agriculture. It was noted that Tkachev, like Fedorov, is well acquainted with agriculture and is part of the Supreme Council of United Russia, for which the topic of import substitution will be one of the election.
