The court sentenced two radical nationalists who kill ideological opponents to the lifelong terms, and justified one. How the eight -month process ended, the New Times sorted out

In total, in the Aquarium are four defendants - Maxim Baklagin, Vyacheslav Isaev, Mikhail Volkov and Yuri Tikhomirov. The jury considered the accusations unproven to participate in the gang and the illegal turnover of weapons. Now he will again go to the colony to serve the deadline for the murder of Japaridze-the 29-year-old nationalist was convicted for ten years back in 2012.

Judge Kozlov reads the sentence with a quiet, but strong voice. For an hour and a half, it is energetically and without hesitation that the present resembles a summary of past meetings - the motives of the murder (national and ideological discord), details of attacks (surveillance, working out the priority of the attack), the desire of nationalists to hide traces of crimes, unregistered phones, change of autoomers, clothes are several sizes more).

30-year-old Baklagin and Isaev are sentenced to life imprisonment, the term is counted from the moment of detention in 2012. The jury considered their guilt proven, but decided that, with the exception of cases with Benamyn and Chuvashov, the defendants have the right to mitigate the sentence. Earlier, nationalists asked for condescension. In particular, they claimed that they repented, and at large I was waiting for their children.

During the reading of the sentence, the judge notes that the nationalists were on the run, could not work to provide children - it means that condescension for parental motives are not worthy. Moreover, the judge resembles, the murders are resonant and going beyond ordinary crimes. It is important to note that the convicts did not personally kill Chuvashov, but only monitored his movement from the court building to the house. Bourn's sentence was carried out by Alexei Korshunov, a right -wing radical who worked in the FSB. He was blown up on his own grenade, while in Ukraine on the run.

Throughout the process, Baklagin and Isaev, who began to cooperate in the first days after the arrest in an underground apartment in the Vladimir region, spoke in detail about their crimes. Also in detail they explained their adventures during investigative actions, in addition, they indicated the place where they hid the weapons. When the judge announces the verdict, Baklagin grabs the leaf with both hands. Then, frantically begins to correct the dark, curly hair that has grown over the process.

34-year-old Mikhail Volkov received 24 years. The term has come from the date of detention of the nationalist in Ukraine in 2013, where he was hiding with his family from acquaintances of right -handed lawyers. Earlier, he was convicted of organizing a pogrom in the Tsaritsyn market in the south of the capital in 2004. Then three people were killed - citizens of Azerbaijan, Tajikistan and India, more than 30 people were injured. Volkov came out ahead of schedule, and then he was recruited to the combat organization, in the framework of which he killed the Black Hawk of Khalilov and Anti -Fascist Filatov.

He will spend the next ten years in prison, then he will be transferred to a maximum security colony. Previously, prosecutors asked for Baklagin and Isaev life, and for Volkov - 25 years. At the end of the year, the trial of Ilya Goryachev will begin, whom the investigation calls the ideological inspirer Bourne. The detainee in Serbia Goryachev denies his guilt - his fate will also be decided by the jury.
