Members of the government of St. Petersburg disclosed information on income for 2014

According to the document, the head of the governor’s administration, vice-governor Alexander Govorunov, earned the most in a year, but his income was halved compared to 2013, when he still served as an adviser to the president, chairman of the board of Sberbank of Russia OJSC, and amounted to 16.6 million rubles.

In second place is Vice Governor Igor Divinsky with 10 million rubles in income compared to 20 million rubles in 2013, while he, unlike A. Govorunov, has been working in Smolny since 2011. In third place is Sergei Movchan, appointed to the post of vice-governor in February 2015, who previously worked as an auditor of the Accounts Chamber. In 2014, he earned 8.6 million rubles. However, unlike the already mentioned colleagues, S. Movchan’s income is less than that of his wife, who received 11 million rubles last year.

Among the cars declared by officials, one of the most interesting is Igor Albin’s Buick Special Straight. Similar models were produced in the middle of the 20th century. According to Forbes, this car can cost up to 2.6 million rubles without taking into account restoration.

I. Albin’s car fleet also includes a Porsche Cayenne and a BMW X3 owned by his wife.

Vice-Governor Vladimir Kirillov also owns a retro car. He owns a Volga GAZ-M 21. And Vice-Governor Marat Oganesyan does not betray motorcycles - in his declaration, like last year, there are no cars, but two motorcycles: BMW K 1200 LT and Yamaha XV 1700 RS.

The most modest income among government members in 2014 was received by the representative of Smolny in the Legislative Assembly of St. Petersburg, Mikhail Brodsky - 2.5 million rubles (in 2013 - 2.4 million). Vice-governors Mikhail Mokretsov and Olga Kazanskaya, as well as the head of the administration of the Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg (also a member of the government) Evgeny Nikolsky also earned less than three million in a year.
