The Minsk Kabaret-Band “Silver Wedding” , popular both in Russia and Belarus and in the Baltic countries, is going to celebrate the 10th anniversary this year, to which, according to vocalist Svetlana Ben, does not prepare “anything special”-except for the “children's” album recorded on Swabrobas and Bad Burders, theatrical production on its motives and the new concert program “Fore Fer Head! ”, The name of which was given by this new song:

About the new song

“Adieu, la tête” (or “Farewell, head!”) Is a song about the decisive and uncompromising resistance to despondency, as well as about the overload of our heads with heavy thoughts. These very thoughts - hooked and angular, reinforced concrete and bursting heads from the inside - has recently been horrified to horror ... It's time to let her head out!

This song is part of the concert program and the future (hope) album. A record for us is a long, troublesome business, and for me as a contractor is not a very favorite pastime. Therefore - here they recorded a song. Once every six months. And very happy.

About new albums

There will be a new album. When? The ways of the Lord ... will be good and diverse. So far, four songs are recorded, and 10-12 is planned. Now the work on this entry is postponed in favor of the album, conditionally called "children". Although it is not quite childish, but rather experimental - it will be called "music - all" and is intended for people of all ages. It will consist of songs of cheerful, fantasy, game, revealing the nature of sound. Most of the instruments used in the records, homemade - mopobas, tubophone, menzurkophone, fools. Some of the instruments that are found infrequently: Termenovs, stylophone ... more familiar will sound: bandjo, xylophone, metallophone, casin. But a lot will be executed precisely on toy instruments, as well as on household items and objects - kitchen utensils, water hoses, bicycle wheels, tin cans, and wounds.

About Tribut Yegor Letov

We love the songs of Letov. When we were on tour in Siberia last summer and ended up in Omsk, we dedicated the whole day to a walk in Letovsky places. We were in the cemetery, they were at his house - they stood there for a long time and thought from which window he could look at us. And then it turned out that we played in Omsk exactly 30 years after the first concert of Civil Defense, day a day! Therefore, we were glad to participate in a concert, dedicated to the film order in Minsk, the film “Great and Eternal”. We played the most beloved songs, choosing those that best reflected our internal state at the moment: “Eternal Spring in a single chamber”, “Shrts and worms”, “My defense”, “Plush tinsel” - only 8 songs. And I would like to sing 100. It was a very strong emotional charge, a spiritualistic session and a psychedelic journey in one half -hour set.

About plans for the 10th anniversary of the group

We do not prepare anything far -fetched. We will play concerts wherever they call, we will make the presentation of the album “Music-All”-now we are working on it with a theater director, there will be special choreography, costumes, scenery, it turns out something closer to the performance. We will see many wonderful people and cities, test a new sound and either break up or shine. In general, we are preparing to spend another incredible year. As usual.
