The Kuban governor Tkachev leaves the regional post and becomes the Minister of Agriculture. We summarize its 14-year-old register

After numerous gossip and rumors, President Putin announced new appointments officially. The Minister of Agriculture Nikolai Fedorov is invited to become an adviser to the head of state, and the head of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachev will take his place. Among the Russian regional politicians, he was one of the most noticeable and most unsinkable: Tkachev said goodbye to both loud, dubious statements and obvious punctures.

Over the past 8 years, the governor of the Kuban has been resigned repeatedly. From the Kremlin depths, as now, information about successors and scattering surfaced. But each time the changes turned out to be a zilch, and Tkachev came to life in the first lanes of the regional newspapers under the heading “Do not wait!”. It was chosen in 2000 and 2004, and he always received more than 80% of the vote. In 2007 and 2012, with a similar result, on the proposal of the president, regional deputies approved in the governor's position.

What happened now? And Crimea “happened” with its future bridge across the Kerch Strait. Young ambitious Muscovites go to Crimea and make money. This is cooler than the Olympiad, and the construction of the bridge is part of the project to make money. And Tkachev at the head of the region, who oversees the path to the Crimea, stopped arranging Moscow. With old control methods, the governor does not fit into the new scale with all his desire. The departure of the owner of the Kuban was predictable at least by the fact that in Krasnodar they still cannot predict the results of the autumn elections to the City Duma.

Outwardly, everything looks like a consequence of the discontent of the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Maxim Sokolov. He just visited the regional capital and publicly criticized the low pace of reconstruction of the local airport. Then he held a meeting on the preparation of the Kerch crossing for the tourist season. Tkachev was not at the meeting.

Of course, the governor was not forgotten and punctures in the course of preparation for the Olympics. At first - problems with the redemption of land from the immigrants: the plots were estimated at an inflated value, and they had to be reassessed. As a result, the construction of Olympic facilities was delayed. The whistle was with projects, plans, estimates. The heads of construction organizations on sidelines complained about wild corruption. Before the games, Putin had to lead the Olympic construction manual, dismissing the most odious contractors.

The case of Evgeny Vitishko and Suren Gazaryan is also connected with the Olympiad. Ecologists have discovered the so -called Tkachev cottage in the Tuapse district of the Krasnodar Territory. Around the cottage there was a fence, which fenced a large section of the forest. Activists, desperate to find the truth in the regulatory authorities, bent a fence flight. For this “crime” they were given three years conditionally. Then the second case was brought to Gazaryan, and he was forced to flee to Estonia. And Vitishko remained, under a far -fetched pretext at the height of the Olympics he was arrested and sent to the colony. A blow was struck on the international reputation of Russia. In Moscow, they noticed it. And they remembered.

They remembered, and then remembered the governor of Krymsk, where 153 people were killed in the summer of 2012 during the flood. At a meeting with local residents, Tkachev explained why the authorities did not warn people about the danger: "What do you think, it was necessary to reach everyone?" Then it seemed that Putin missed this remark of the vassal past his ears, preserving the post behind Tkachev. But now Moscow began to check large -scale to whom and how they issued compensation for lost property and new housing in Krymsk. And the fact that, it would seem, had to wash away the element. Another "corporate sign" of the times of Tkachevsky governorship is Kushchevka. In 2011, the bandits killed 12 people in the village, including children. The governor promised that he would resign if the criminals have gone from punishment. But when Sergei Tsepovyaz took a fine for hiding the murder, the head of the Kuban remained at the post. Rather, he was left.

Tkachev is a person from a cohort of late Soviet communists. Its main quality is a flair on the slightest blow of the political wind. When the communist and “fighter with world Zionism” Nikolai Kondratenko went to power, Tkachev was in the Communist Party. In 2000, he picked up the Kondratenkovsky Front in relation to Moscow, saying that we needed a "conscious protest that has long been ripe." And he became the governor. But when Putin began to strengthen the vertical, Tkachev, as a member of the Communist Party, headed the regional list of United Russia. During the period of the Medvedev thaw, the Kuban governor talked about civil liberties. Now these conversations are forgotten.

From political opponents and independent media, the region was cleaned hard and uncompromisingly. In 2004, 50 police officers hacked the door to the office of the chairman of the City Duma of Krasnodar Alexander Kiryusha, carried him in handcuffs and took him to prison. The then mayor of Nikolai, after the initiation of a criminal case, he himself left. Both were communists, and Tkachev actively supported both a few months before the total disgrace.

In Tkachev’s undertakings, a scale has always been felt. At first he was fond of playing KVN, intending to promote the “club” in all areas and villages of the region. Then he suddenly switched to football and began to go to matches, helped to lure world -class football players into Kuban. Football was replaced by a project for the reconstruction of Krasnodar: for several years it was planned to demolish the old city center, erecting high -rise buildings everywhere. But this project befell the fate of KVN. And the last governor's fun was the revival of the Cossacks. Very large funds have been allocated from the regional budget on the streets in the streets in the streets in the streets in the streets.

A native of the Lenin Komsomol, Tkachev transferred to the overthrow of monuments to Lenin. The main one, opposite the Legislative Assembly of the region, he demolished. If you designate the informal credo of Tkachev, then this is nationalism. Back in 2001, he "marked" several nationalities for which "there is no place in the Kuban." And by the way, he tore the applause of the public. Soon, the governor said that "the surnames ending on" Yang "," Dza "," Shvili "," oglu ", illegal, as well as their carriers." One of the last creatives is a statement about the inhabitants of the Caucasus, whom the Cossacks will “squeeze out” from the Krasnodar Territory. According to the leader of the Yabloko party, Sergei Mitrokhin, the Investigative Committee conducted an audit and did not see extremism in this statement.

Loud statements did not interfere with the family business of the weaver (Agrocompleks CJSC in their native village of Vyselki). All the post -Soviet years of the enterprise absorbed the farms of the Krasnodar Territory. One of the latest acquisitions is the North of the Kuban group of companies belonging to the Kushchevsky Tsapki. In previous years, the Board of Directors of the Agro -Committee was headed by the dad of the governor, now the deceased Nikolai Ivanovich Tkachev. The governor’s brother, State Duma deputy Alexei Tkachev, was part of the Council and still owns part of the shares. The governor himself has no formal attitude to the "AgroComplex". Today, the company processes more than 200 thousand hectares and is one of the country's largest agricultural enterprises.

Will Tkachev's departure at Agro -comprehensive? It is unlikely. Since the former governor was appointed Minister of Agriculture. So this is not a resignation, but an honorable resignation. In the Soviet years, the regional leaders were appointed to challenge the large collective farm to begin with.

Now about the new candidate for the post of Kuban governor. The media call the deputy. Head of the Presidential Administration of Veniamin Kondratyev. He, of course, was by the vice-governor of the Kuban until the summer of 2014, but few people heard about him in the province. All over the past years, the most difficult problems, including the Olympics and Crimean, was decided by the vice-governor Jambulat Khatuov in the administration of the Krasnodar Territory. And he decided tolerably that even his ill -wishers admit. However, no one remembered about Khatuov now.
