Hello! I decided to briefly tell you about my “criminal process” about poems in support of Ukraine, which has already finally turned into a real absurd theater.
At the last court hearing, material evidence began to be presented in connection with my criminal case. They were taken out of special boxes and packages of “tools of crime”: my laptop, flash drive, disks with my interview with the Lviv TV channel. And then the largest embarrassment happened. The deputy prosecutor showed the judge the book seized from me during the search. It was a collection of verses of a familiar Orlov poet presented to me with a gift inscription. Obviously, the CPE employees alerted the “suspicious” name of the book - the “country of non -fried idiots” and they decided to introduce this “extremist material” to other “material evidence”. I understand that current young police officers are unlikely to familiarize themselves with the classics and they are unknown that the name of the selected book is an accurate quote from Ilya Ilf. Another is amazing - dense unprofessionalism of the employees of the Oryol CPE. They did not even bother to look through the book. But it was written in black and white that she was donated to the library of the President of the Russian Federation and is there to this day. Such a puncture came out with representatives of the competent authorities. In fairness, it should be noted that the judge itself was in extreme bewilderment. To the question of my lawyer for what purpose this book was seized from me, the representative of the prosecution hesitated, but after a long pause was forced to admit that now he could not give an answer and he “needs to prepare”. I’m thinking about whether to call on the agenda as witnesses of employees of the presidential library and do they have an explanation for them, how did they allow the presence of “prohibited literature” in such an authoritative institution? I wonder what they would answer the valiant Oryol “wrestlers with extremism”?
Sincerely, Alexander Fe., Oryol region, pos. Kromy.
