
The Arbitration Court of the Stavropol Territory on May 26 will consider the lawsuit of the Novocherkassk company Aktis on the declaration of Narzan OJSC bankrupt, follows from the materials of the court.
The reason for applying to the court was the non -payment of a “Narzan” debt of 9.6 million rubles. This debt was previously confirmed by the decisions of the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region and the fifteenth arbitration court.
In addition, on May 19, the court will consider the Aktis lawsuit to recover 8.9 million rubles of debt for unpaid goods from Narzan - “Aktis” produces glass containers.
Previously, the Narzan was trying to bankrupt Rosologistic. In March 2014, the Stavropol Arbitration Court returned the lawsuit. The Rosologists statement said a debt of 1.4 million rubles.
In addition, in September 2013, the court returned the bankruptcy claim of Narzan, filed by Caucasdorstroy. In July 2013, by decision of the court, the manufacturer of drinks paid 2 million rubles of debt.
Narzan produces mineral and drinking water and lemonade. The plant has been working in Kislovodsk since 1894.
