Dave Phillips / Sound Around Kaliningrad

The Swiss Noyaz-musician, composer and performer Dave Phillips will perform at the International Experimental Music Festival and Sound Around Kaliningrad 2015. The festival will be held in Kaliningrad from April 22 to 25.

Dave Phillips has been creating radical sound compositions since the mid-80s, he played at 400 concerts in 40 countries. Dave Phillips writes out industrial noise, grinding, rustle, roar, rustling, explores in the Ecuador Amazon and Thailand Automatic communications of insects and frogs, arranges audio performations from the preparation of vegan eating or crystal of the eaten apple.

“I would like to use my voice in order to convey what is really important: existentialism and social satire, human rights and animals, environmental protection - I can talk about all these important issues through a kind of ritual of cleansing the sound,” says Dave Phillips about my work.
