
During the debate in the Presnensky District Court of Moscow in the Oboronservis case, the prosecutor asked to be sentenced to five accused, including Evgeny Vasiliev, by conditional terms of four to eight years. This is reported by Interfax.
For Vasilyeva, the state prosecutor requested eight years in prison, as well as a fine of one million rubles. The prosecutor also called on the court to deprive her of the Order of Honor.
For Maxim, Klastatylo, the prosecutor asked four years conditionally, for Irina Egorova - for five years conditionally and a fine of 600 thousand rubles, for Yuri Grakhnev and Larisa Egorina - six years and 900 thousand fine for six years.
The prosecutor also asked the court to satisfy civil lawsuits in the case and recover from the defendants almost one billion rubles. According to the state prosecution, in order to repay damage to the victims, one should pay a penalty to the arrested bank accounts of Vasilyeva, jewelry, two apartments in St. Petersburg, a house in the Leningrad region, an apartment in Milk Lane, where she was under house arrest, as well as a premises on Arbat.
Vasiliev, which has been under house arrest from November 23, 2012, is accused of committing 12 episodes of crimes: of excess of official powers, fraud on an especially large amount, abuse of authority by a person performing managerial functions in a commercial organization, as well as the legalization of funds.
On April 17, the Ministry of Defense abandoned a civil lawsuit of 2.2 billion rubles , previously declared in connection with the charge of the defendants of the case of embezzlement of shares of the project institution. This damage was reimbursed before the start of the process. In the rest, the claims against Vasilyeva and the other defendants remained unchanged.
On Wednesday, Kommersant said that the Investigative Committee is preparing a new charge against the ex-official , in which she can be accused of theft of 16 billion rubles.
