Against the background of quite Kafkian news, which have recently collapsed on a disheveled head of a completely stunned Russian inhabitant with the regularity of the train, sometimes important and substantial ones still come across. Those that allow you to at least somehow evaluate what is happening. The outgoing week was no exception. But we still start with the absurdity. Although today you can’t figure out what is absurd, and what is the norm and pattern.

From the sky, the asterisk fell directly sweet into his pants ... Well, thank God, not everything is so terrible. No one was injured from the fall of the rocket in the Arkhangelsk region. So far, at least. The Ministry of Emergencies confidently states that the fuel of this aircraft is not more harmful than the tears of an innocent baby. However, some feeling of anxiety is still preserved. First of all, one must think, among the few inhabitants of the ancient Russian village of Zabolotye, in the gardens of which an unidentified object weighing as much as ten tons collapsed. They, these very residents, are worried about several questions. The military department, which immediately disturbed from the fallen rocket - they say, for the first time we see, neither missile forces, nor a military cosmodrome have nothing to do with this - now carefully speaks of a “failed experiment” with a carrier, on the board of which there was exclusively “measuring equipment”. So the villagers, of course, ask whether the experiment is based as a “failed” on the fact that the rocket entered the garden, and not struck the barn or, say, a rural club? And the absence of an explosion is a sign of some constructive deficiency or negligence of the staff: forgot to put the dynamite inside? And the local population would like to know in advance the schedule of future launches ...

From the news from the fields, we will move on to the topic of the unfading, always relevant and invariably invigorating. Of course, I mean that stream of thoughts and sentences, which now in the non-stop mode pours the department on us, by an absurdity of circumstances called the State Duma. On April 22, a deputy from the Fair Russia party Tatyana Moskalkova (and you are all Mizulina, Mizulina!) Made a proposal to rename the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Cheka. Say, in Russia a crisis and an exacerbation of the class struggle ...

I want to warn right away - I fully support it! I only have a couple of questions: how will the FSB be called in this case? And how will roles be distributed between these departments after the announcement of the transition to decisive actions to eradicate the counter -revolution (or revolution)? I will also allow myself to offer somewhat to modernize the term “red terror”. In my opinion, the "St. George Terror" sounds better now. And do not pay attention to the fact that the enemies will immediately begin to call him "Colorado". Moreover, they will be quickly finished ...

Really interesting and important news on the outgoing week came from the south of Russia. The main, of course, the resignation of Alexander Tkachev from the post of the Governor of the Krasnodar Territory. It is important to emphasize that his arrival at the leading position in the Ministry of Agriculture does not matter at all. Tkachev could be appointed manager, director of the car depot or even declare the enemy of the people and put him in prison. (Which, by the way, in the light of the latest sentences from the State Duma does not look unrealistic at all.) Alexander Tkachev resisted as best he could - flew to Moscow to Volodin, met with various other important persons from AP, convinced everyone of his absolute and one hundred percent loyalty, in which, in fact, no one doubted. But he could not turn the situation.

The problem is that the “Stalinization” of the socio-political space affects not only the relations of the authorities and society, helps to escape the militaristic hysteria, and turns the country into a “besieged fortress”. It also requires a certain approach to elite management. The covenants of the leader and teachers directly indicate that the shuffling of these same elites is the most important managerial principle that works for the inviolability of the central authority.

Tkachev became large and strong. Which does not exclude at all that the region led by it for many years has become mired in corruption and internal showdowns. But Russia is disbelief in a deep economic crisis, the severity of which will largely fall on the shoulders of the regions. Does the Kremlin need strong governors in this unstable situation, who have launched powerful roots in the fields who have the opportunity to rely on their own personnel at any time and, ultimately, formulate the original agenda, which unexpectedly not coincide with the federal? Will influential governors become generators of separatist sentiments, feeling that in a general collapse situation, the pressure of the center will weaken?

The resignation of Tkachev is quite convincingly answering these questions. By the way, the frank demarche of Ramzan Kadyrov, about whom the Russian public learned last Thursday, primarily carries the answer to this threat. The head of Chechnya more than intelligibly made it clear to Vladimir Putin who was the true owner on the Chechen land, and actually warned the Kremlin so that he could not even think about his replacement.

On April 19, representatives of federal law enforcement agencies held a special operation in the Grozny to neutralize the criminal on the wanted list, during which the latter was killed. And on Thursday, Ramzan Kadyrov at a meeting with his own security forces said the following: “... how can I use the Operahopol and Sobr, riot police and all the structures of Khankala? I did not know that. This will not happen on our territory. Those who think differently are mistaken. We paid very expensive for peace and order. We must reckon with us ... If you are the owners of your territory, you must control ... enough. We were humiliated, insulted. We did not accept the Constitution for this to be killed, the times of the 2000s passed ... Someone wanted to “do the result”-they took the Chechens and killed. This will not happen. We demand the law ... I officially declare, if without your knowledge appears on your territory, it does not matter, whether a Muscovite or Stavropol resident - open fire to defeat ... "

It is important to remember that the Kadyrovsky security forces in Moscow behave more than freely, but the federal in Grozny after this loud statement, apparently, will begin to be shot. Well, the fact that Kadyrov is not Tkachev, we had understood before. As well as the fact that he is unlikely to agree to continue his work in the field of import substitution.

Now, of course, it is curious how the Kremlin will answer it. If, in principle, such a challenge on the teeth ...
