Nemtsov family lawyers demand to attract Kadyrov

Lawyers Vadim Prokhorov and Olga Mikhailov, representing the interests of the Boris Nemtsov family, sent a demand to interrogate Ramzan Kadyrov to the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the case of the murder of our comrade.

The requirement is logical. Kadyrov is an important witness with a clear prospect of becoming a suspect. The accused of the murder of Dadaev and hiding from the investigation of Geremeyev - immigrants from Chechen power structures, tightly controlled by the President of Chechnya. It is difficult to assume that they dared to commit such an impudent crime without agreeing their actions with the leadership of the republic.

Kadyrov’s answer was not long in coming. Commenting on the work of the Stavropol security forces in Chechnya, Kadyrov publicly demanded that his subordinates “open fire to defeat” if they conduct special operations in Chechnya without notifying the leadership of the republic.

Once again: Kadyrov demanded that the armed people subordinate to him to shoot at the employees of federal law enforcement agencies if their actions are not agreed with him. This is as if the Sakhalin police shot investigators who flew from Moscow to arrest a wandering local governor.

Let's call a spade a spade: Chechnya in fact achieved independence that bearded militants who ran along the mountains from the nineties so dreamed of. Russian laws do not work in Chechnya. The law there is one - this is Kadyrov. Only he decides who to punish and whom to encourage.

And Kadyrov is ready to protect the independence of his patrimony. Including with weapons in his hands that he is ready to send against the federal authorities: he used to hint, but now he talks directly and publicly.

One of the key merits that Putin puts in an asset is to establish peace in the Caucasus. Formally preserving Chechnya in Russia, Putin essentially imposed the entire federation dependent on the leadership of this small republic. Federal subsidies to the Chechnya budget account for 90%, Kadyrov threatens the feds with weapons, immigrants from Kadyrov’s power structures kill people in the center of Moscow.

We are told: this is the price of the world. This is a false thesis. Because such a “world”, based on arbitrariness and impunity, will inevitably lead to a new war.

Putin became Kadyrov’s hostage, but even worse is that he made us all the hostages of this man. If the authorities do not solve the problem of Kadyrov in the foreseeable future, all this will end with new big blood and unpredictable consequences. And to answer for this - Putin.
