Savchenko is a final charge

The Office of the Central Head of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Investigation of Crimes related to the use of prohibited means and methods of warfare "presented the accusation of the final edition of the Ukrainian pilot Hope Savchenko. This was announced by the official representative of the Investigative Department Vladimir Markin.

Now Savchenko is charged with part 5 of article 33 - paragraphs “A”, “E”, “F”, “L” Part 2 of Article 105 (aiding in the murder in the generally hazardous method of two or more persons based on political hatred, committed by a group of persons), Part 5 of Article 33 - Part 3 of Article 30 - paragraphs “A”, “E”, “F”, “f” of part 2 of Article 105 (aiding in the assassination of the murder with generally hazardous. in the way of two or more persons based on political hatred, committed by a group of persons) and part 1 of Article 322 of the Criminal Code (illegal crossing of the border). Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code, Savchenko, threatens up to 20 years in the colony, since according to Articles 57, 59 of the Code, more severe punishments - life imprisonment and death penalty are not appointed to women.

Thus, one new appeared on the list of accusations of Savchenko - in the attempt on the murder. Previously, only the murder and illegal crossing of the border were charged with the pilot. The department explained the inclusion of the prosecution by the fact that during the "artillery shelling, as a result of which the employees of VGTRK Igor Korneluk and Anton Voloshin died ... Other civilians who were nearby could suffer." Contrary to the evidence presented by the defense, the investigation insists that this shelling was carried out according to the coordinates, which Savchenko passed to the security forces.

At the same time, the qualifying attribute “in connection with the victim of official activities” (clause “b” of part 2 of Article 105) was excluded (and of the attempted attempt).

According to the TFR, in the near future the materials against Savchenko will be allocated from the general case of the "war crimes" of the Ukrainian security forces into separate proceedings. After that, it is supposed to complete the investigation and provide the case materials to familiarize yourself with Savchenko and its protection.
