Jamie XX will come to Russia

In the fall, the British DJ and the music producer Jamie XX will perform in Russia with his first solo album “In Color”.

Concerts will take place in Yotaspace clubs (October 30, Moscow) and the GlavClub (October 31, Petersburg) and will become part of the In Color tour, in which Jamie XX will perform in 24 cities of Europe.

The album "In Color" will be released in June on the Young Turks label. In addition to the already published singles, Girl and Sleep Sound on the record will be recorded unpublished compositions created together with the musicians of The XX , as well as tracks called Gosh , Loud Places and Seesaw .

Jamie XX (Jamie Smith) and his Friends at the Elliott School London School created an Indo-POP group The XX in 2007, in 2009 was released the debut album “XX” , which received high grades of critics and won the Mercury Prize (2010).

Jamie Smith made remixes on Adele and Florence and the Machine , recorded the last lifetime album with Gil Scott-Heron, produced Drake and Alishi Kiz. In June 2011, the musician released his own mini-album “Far Nearer/Beat for” , which included the Far Nearer single, named the best new track according to the PitchFork music publication.
