The Ministry of Justice revoked the registration of the progress of Alexei Navalny. This was reported on the website of the department.

As the ministry explains, if in 44 constituent entities of the Russian Federation the Party branches by October 2014 passed the necessary registration, then the rest of the departments did not fit in this period.

As a result, the Ministry of Justice said that he recalled the party and excluded this structure from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

In September 2014, the Ministry of Justice said that the Party of Progress Alexei Navalny could not be registered . “The party provides information about 40 registered regional branches,” the representative of the department explained. “At the same time, 24 regional branches are entered by the 6 -month period established by law.”
