Two dozen women went to a picket on Nikitsky Boulevard to draw the attention of officials to what is happening with a burst to improve housing conditions. According to the participants, over the years, the distance between them and new housing is only increasing.

Participants of the action are in a preferential queue for a subsidy, which should cover the difference between the housing that they have now, and those that such a family need according to the norms. For example, Veronika Bukhalenkova, a 35-year-old mother of three children, a teacher by education, says that they have only a one-room apartment with 40 square meters with their mother and three children, so they have to rent a two-room room-for eight years, about two million rubles took place, Veronica calculates. By law, such a family can count on 96 square meters.

“Firstly, it is very difficult to stand in line,” says Veronica. - There are cases when officials attribute the country house to the living space, it happens that the square meters of ex -husbands take into account when the women have already divorced them. They win the court of city property, but at least a year of life a person spends on this. 2012 was the best: large families received subsidies quickly, regardless of time, some lucky ones were given in three months, but it was an advertising campaign after the presidential decrees, and all this worked within six months. ”

Later it became a problem to even figure out how the queue was formed. Judging by the letters that come from Bukhalenkova from the Department of Urban Property, her turn is not approaching, but moved away over time. “I submitted documents on December 7, 2012. On December 31, my number was 180, now-the 5760th. They answer me: your application has been received, today your number is such and such. The queue is increasing. ” People turned to the head of the department Vladimir Efimov, to the deputies of the Moscow City Duma, but so far the question has not moved.

The queue does not decrease, but is growing due to the fact that in November 2012 the general and preferential queue for housing was merged into one, and beneficiaries have no more priority right to help from the budget, says Mosgor Duma from the Communist Party Nikolai Zubrilin. “It was a strong -willed decision of the Moscow government. Now large families, disabled people, and single mothers, and those who claimed to improve housing conditions on a common basis, are waiting for social housing or subsidies in one stage, and as a result it is practically standing still and only grows. And housing stands out less and less, ”says the deputy.
