In the Mediterranean Sea caught fire

In the Mediterranean Sea, the Spanish steam Sorrento , which sailed from the island of Malorca to the port of Valencia, caught fire, reports Reuters . On board the ship were more than 150 people, all of them were safely evacuated.

Now all evacuated are on the ships of Puglia and Visemar One , in the near future they should return to the port of Palma de Malorca. In total, according to various sources, from 153 to 170 people were evacuated. Three crew members were delivered by helicopter to a hospital with carbon monoxide poisoning.

The Sorrento ferry , owned by the Spanish company Acciona Transmediterranea , caught fire 1.6 km from the shore, in the port service believe that it will most likely sink.
