1945 Suicide of Adolf Hitler

70 years ago, on April 30, 1945, Nazi dictator Adolf Hitler, who did not want to answer for his crimes, shot himself in the bunker of the Reich Chancellery in Berlin. Together with him, Eva Braun committed suicide, with whom Hitler was legally married the day before. She took poison. Their charred remains were discovered by Soviet security agencies.
