The best companies managing apartment buildings in 2014 are recognized by the organizations of the Belgorod region, the results of the rating prepared by the Housing and Public Utilities Foundation.
"The ranking was attended by more than 38 thousand organizations managing 734.7 thousand houses. All organizations participating in the ranking were assigned to display the place in the rating in the form of stars, the number of which depends on the number of points assigned. The average score has the value of 25.82, which is higher than the same value for the previous reporting period (22.01 points)," the Housing and Communist Party Foundation said.
According to the published rating, the Belgorod region became the best subject of the Russian Federation, in which managing organizations received the largest number of points, where the average score was 40.86. In second place was the Republic of Bashkortostan - 38.54 points, in the third Leningrad region - 37.21 points.
The Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District was in fourth place (35.57 points), the Kaliningrad region, which scored about 35 points, was located in fifth place, is indicated in the materials of the fund.
In the top 5 of the worst constituent entities of the Russian Federation, where organizations received the least number of points, the Yaroslavl region included (the average score was 13.35), the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug, Vologda and Samara regions, as well as Crimea.
