An activist of "another Russia" was one of the most noticeable figures in the opposition movement of the Rostov region. Two years ago, Cherepovsky was detained at the May Day demonstration in Tver for the distribution of newspapers and accused of attacking a policeman. On a fabricated prosecution, he received a two -year term .

The young differential Russia was supported not only by single -partyists - for the action "Freedom Cherepovsky!" Vera Lavreshina was also convicted under the 318th article .

While Cherepovsky was in the colony, the role of “other Russia” in Russian politics has changed dramatically. Politsyk refuses to talk about his position on the Ukrainian question.

- Your first sensations are free?

• I feel good. In two years, little has changed.

- A little has changed what?

• Visually little has changed. And if we talk about politics, then a lot has changed. But so far I understand the situation little, so so far I am not going to do any statements about politics. Because since the 13th year everything has changed very cool, especially for "other Russia".

- We still wanted to clarify: your one-partyists distributed, among other things, on your behalf, a statement that you refused to support human rights organizations that recognized the Ukrainian pilot Nadezhda Savchenko Political Plane. Have you seen this statement, did you sign it?

• Purely physically, I did not sign it. If you are interested in my attitude to Savchenko, I think she is unfairly in prison. If Russia is waging a war, she should call her a military criminal or somehow, but not prisoners, she should not be kept in prison. But I believe that Savchenko is a whipping doll. Found the culprit of everything. She is not guilty, in my opinion.

As for the statement, of course, I did not sign it purely physically, but since I am in “other Russia”, I listen to what my friends, party members, colleagues say. In my opinion, that some human rights organizations would help me, that they would not help - I do not think that such a position has changed something greatly. Neutral I, in general, belong to this. He supported the statement, but I have a neutrally.

- What lesson did you take out of the conclusion?

• The main lesson - that you can’t give up, it is necessary to continue the struggle, regardless of someone who is trying to strangle freedom, you need to try to fight ... do not try, but fight with the last forces. I was still lucky, I sat very well, in a good zone, sat at home. The term is short compared to many other political prisoners.

- And what does "good zone" mean in your understanding?

• There is no so -called cop lawlessness, they don’t beat garbage, they don’t scream. This is the merit of not only prisoners, but also to some extent of the Federal Penitentiary Service who work there, who understand that people are also there.

- What was the most not enough in the zone?

• I lacked normal books. I had to re -read any perestroika nonsense, Soviet books that I would probably never read in my life when I was in the wild. But, on the other hand, I read useful literature. I really liked dissident books. There was a "gulag" Solzhenitsyn. He took with him a small book of poems by Galich, because ... there she would probably mean, probably.

- Do you have plans to engage in activism?

• There are plans in what form this will happen, I do not know yet. I'm not going to throw anything. I still think that our country is worthy of more, our people, no matter how highly it sounds.

- What will you advise people who have been in a prison in a political business?

• Do not lose heart, do not give up. To know that they always have the support of people who sat just like them, there are friends, comrades. Political prisoners have support. Many who are sitting in criminal articles have no support. They have a mother, father. This is a lot, of course. But support from the same human rights activists or comrades with whom you were delayed at events, participated in the political action ... They support you, write letters - you feel not lonely. I think people who have fallen for politically beliefs should be much easier to survive.

- So you said that there is no much difference whether human rights organizations support you or not.

• I mean, there is no much difference in physical terms. And in moral ... warmth ... Human rights organizations support mainly with finances, they hire lawyers. But there are human rights organizations that help not only financially, they also try to somehow encourage a person. It is very expensive in prison - to receive letters, it does not matter from whom: from Parnassus, or from other Russians, or from anarchists, or from nationalists to receive words of support.
